He’s averaging 14.6 rushing yards per game, 3 targets per game, 68.3 rushing yards per game, and also carrying 64.6% of the team’s carries. Pollard was averaging 18 carries a game in the first three weeks, which is RB1 usage, but unfortunately, over the last three weeks, his usage has dropped to 12.6 attempts per game. I expect Pollard to continue to be the lead back, but won’t get elite RB1 usage with Spears back in the picture. If you have depth at the running back position, I wouldn’t necessarily say you need to sell Rico, but if you are thin at the position, I would be trying to sell for a Bucky Irving or maybe even an upset Barkley owner. Although Rico looked possessed the last two weeks, what he did isn’t sustainable. A player putting up video game numbers in fantasy is a fantastic feeling as an owner, but I do believe he comes back to reality this week because of head coach Dave Canales and Chuba Hubbard.

Click below to see the wide receivers in our Week 7 Buy/Sell/Hold

Buy – Chris Olave

Photo Credit: Stephen Lew-USA TODAY Sports

Olave has been Mr. consistent this season. We all know the skill set Jeudy has; just go back and look at his numbers from last season. I do believe he would shine a lot more if Shedeur Sanders were under center, which gives hope for the future. Jeudy has yet to score a touchdown this season, but I have a feeling he gets right in Week 7 against the Dolphins and scores his first of the season. This season, Jeudy has been targeted on 19.2% of routes, down from his 2024 season of 22.87%, but to be optimistic, I believe he gets back on track this week and more of a favorable schedule in the second half of the year.

Hold – Jakobi Meyers

Jakobi Meyers is a heck of a talent; he started the season off on fire, gobbling up 14 receptions on 22 targets in the first two games of the season.
