They are very condensed, led by WR Puka Nacua. He’s been so good and is almost an automatic 20 points, even without scoring a touchdown. QB Matt Stafford has been excellent, and WR Davante Adams is ready for a big game. My only problem with the passing game is whether Baltimore can stay with them because head coach Sean McVay likes to take the air out of the football and run when they have a lead. RB Kyren Williams will likely score a touchdown in this one, but can he put up big numbers to win a tournament?

QB Cooper Rush looks like he will start again. This is a much easier matchup than last week’s against the Texans, so there is some upside at his price. Playing him with WR Zay Flowers and or TE Mark Andrews could be a low-owned stack that could go off. TE Isaiah Likely could be used more because they should be playing from behind. I think RB Derrick Henry will have some good games, but not without QB Lamar Jackson. The Ravens will be playing from behind, meaning they will have to pass, leaving Henry on the sidelines.

Dallas Cowboys at Carolina Panthers 1:00 p.m. EST

The Cowboys‘ offense keeps on rolling despite not having WR CeeDee Lamb. QB Dak Prescott keeps making the throws, and RB Javonte Williams keeps plowing through on the ground. TE Jake Ferguson has become the best fantasy tight end and is in a great matchup this week. I can’t imagine not having him in half of my lineups. WR George Pickens got a touchdown last week, but still could have a tough match-up against CB Jaycee Horn. That means WR Ryan Flournoy could still be a solid target coming off a 100-yard game. I know it’s chasing points, but the matchup might dictate the volume to go his way. Williams is a solid choice at RB. His price is just too low for what he’s producing.

The Panthers are in a prime spot as well against a bad Cowboys defense. Their players are priced low, but can you trust them? Every time it seems like you try to trust the Panthers, they fail. Still, RB Rico Dowdle is in a great spot. We know he will get the football, and he should score and put up 20 points. I do like QB Bryce Young and WR Tetairoa McMillan as a QB/WR combo. A sneaky option could be WR Jalen Coker, who should play as he was a full participant in practice. I know from what I read that the Panthers love him.

Arizona Cardinals at Indianapolis Colts 1:00 p.m. EST

The Cardinals are coming off a brutal loss, but I’m starting to like them more and more this week. Their problem with fantasy is that the coaching staff likes to slow it down when they have a lead. They might not have a lead this week, forcing their passing game to push more and create more fantasy points. I think QB Kyler Murray is in play, along with WR Marvin Harrison Jr. and TE Trey McBride. I will have them in bits and pieces in many of my lineups, and I will have a few stacks of the trio. I know RB Michael Carter’s price is appealing, but it has bumped up a little bit, and I don’t think I can play him in this matchup. I like to choose from so many other backs on this slate.

As for the Colts, they are another team that we don’t see their passing game in the second half because they have so many leads. Plus, when RB Jonathan Taylor is running as well as he is, it’s hard to get away from that. Playing Taylor this week will be hard for me because his prices jumped as the top back on the slate. I like the passing game with QB Daniel Jones and WR Michael Pittman. TE Tyler Warren could also have a good match. He’s been used a lot early but has been shut down in the second half due to big leads, so he could have a big game here. You can take a chance on playing WR Josh Downs; he’s always in play for some points, but I just prefer the guys I mentioned.

Seattle Seahawks at Jacksonville Jaguars 1:00 p.m. EST

I was wrong about quarterback Sam Darnold entering this season. They create many penalties and cause quarterback Justin Herbert to take too many hits. Still, this is a good matchup against the Dolphins‘ defense that I think can give up 30-plus points. The passing game is involved, and you can use any of the receivers, but I like WR Ladd McConkey the most. I think Herbert is going to make sure he gets involved. However, receivers Quinton Johnston and Keenan Allen are viable because they’ve done it all year. The question is going to be at running back: who is going to get the volume? Will it be split, or will somebody get the majority? RB Hassan Haskins did play for coach Jim Harbaugh at Michigan, but I think he has more limitations. I like Kimani Vidal because he can score from anywhere on the field. If he were to get the majority of the volume, he’s a type that could score twenty plus points, where I don’t think Haskins can. He’s worth a shot in a million-dollar maker tournament to try to hit a home run.

I don’t think I like the Dolphins in this game. I think their offensive line will let them down. Still, they have primary weapons in WR Jaylen Waddle and RB De’Von Achane. I think Achane is the sneakiest because I could see a scenario where he gets a ton of passing targets. This is a game where he could catch eight plus balls, and if he finds the end zone, he’ll score 20 plus points. I think he’ll have low ownership because of the matchup and because there are better matchups on paper. Tight end Darren Waller is still cheap, but I’m not playing him. I just like the higher-priced tight ends this week. I think his string of scoring runs out.

Cleveland Browns at Pittsburgh Steelers 1:00 p.m. EST

I liked what I saw from QB Dillon Gabriel. Also, who can he throw the football to? The tight ends have been good, but what about the receivers? WR Jerry Jeudy hasn’t been good, but I do think that Isaiah Bond is a receiver who could be sneaky at his price. He got a lot of targets, and if the Browns fall behind, he could be a man of interest. Remember, they played with the lead for much of the second half against the Vikings, so they may have to pass more this week. RB Quinshon Judkins is still priced too low; he should be at least $1000 more and viable no matter the match-up.

We can get through the Steelers pretty quickly. I’m only interested in receiver DK Metcalf. The Browns are susceptible to giving up points to the number one receiver, as we saw Justin Jefferson and Amon-Ra St. Brown have their way with the Browns’ secondary. He scores 20-plus points in the majority of his games, and now, wide receiver Stefon Diggs has stepped up. They would be a good 1-2-punch combo, and you can also add tight end Hunter Henry to the list. The Saints are terrible against the tight end. They gave up two touchdowns to Theo Johnson last week, so Henry could score, and nobody is talking about him. Another player nobody is talking about is RB Rhamondre Stevenson. Many are talking about his fumbling ability, but he scored 15-plus points last week, and I could see him scoring a touchdown or two against the Saints—another player with low ownership and a good match-up. I know many of you want to play RB TreVeyon Henderson, but it’s clear that Stevenson is the Patriots’ choice.

As for the Saints, QB Spencer Rattler is improving, but this is a tougher matchup. I do like WR Chris Olave, as he is going to be a target monster. This is the week you stay away from receiver Rashid Shaheed, as I don’t see the big bomb coming. I am staying away from the running game as it’s just not explosive enough, and I think RB Alvin Kamara is washed. I have given up on TE Juwan Johnson, but I think tight end Taysom Hill could be very sneaky. They may have some packages near the goal line where he could score a touchdown, and he is cheap enough to take that risk.

Tennessee Titans at Las Vegas Raiders 4:05 p.m. EST

What a fluky win for the Titans last week, but they will take it. Maybe this is the confidence builder QB Cam Ward needs. WR Calvin Ridley showed up, especially in that 4th quarter, and maybe the connection will carry over. It’s not like the Raiders have a great defense, but they play better at home and have a pass rush. If you’re playing any Titans, it’s Ridley, and that’s about it.

As for the Raiders, QB Geno Smith has been terrible, but is this the game to get it right? I don’t think it is because I think RB Ashton Jeanty is close to a lock button play, just like RB Josh Jacobs. I think Jeanty will get 20-plus touches, score a touchdown, and score 20-plus fantasy points. The receivers aren’t viable for me because I don’t know where the ball is going, and they’ve underperformed. It looks like TE Brock Bowers will be out again, making the receivers more coverable. Play Jeanty with confidence.

San Francisco 49ers at Tampa Bay Buccaneers 4:25 p.m. EST

There are a lot of moving parts to this game, especially in the 49ers’ offense. We don’t know who will play, but it does look like Jauan Jennings will be back at receiver, and possibly Ricky Pearsall, who has been working out today. They could be viable if they start, because the Buccaneers are challenging to run against and much easier to pass on. Our problem is we don’t know who the quarterback is going to be, whether it’s going to be Mac Jones or Brock Purdy. Neither did much in practice today, but they were working out, so it’s a crapshoot. I know I won’t have as much exposure to RB Christian McCaffrey as usual. This decision could burn me because he’s such a great fantasy player. He will have to rely mostly on catching the football, and the Buccaneers will allow running backs to catch, but I think with the receivers being banged up, I’m looking for the Buccaneers defense to play much better at home. Remember, they played the Eagles offense pretty well a couple of weeks ago as the Eagles scored on a short field and a blocked punt. They held Barkley in check for the most part.

I love QB Baker Mayfield as he just puts this team on his back time and time again. I’m not playing him this week, though, as this is a tougher match-up. If he had a full complement of receivers, I would think about it. WR Emeka Egbuka is always in play because he makes plays when we don’t think he will. I have very little interest in WR Chris Godwin as I think there’ll be better days ahead, but he’s just not right yet. RB Bucky Irving still isn’t practicing, and I doubt he will play this week. RB Rachaad White might have a good day, but I think he got priced up a little bit. He can still get there if used heavily in the passing game.

Optimize your fantasy football lineups with our Week 6 Buy/Sell/Hold!

Cincinnati Bengals at Green Bay Packers 4:25 p.m. EST

The Bengals traded for QB Joe Flacco, and he’s going to start. I don’t know if this is an upgrade because he has no mobility. The problem with the Bengals is their offensive line, and they’re going up against a heavy pass rush led by the Packers‘ LB Micah Parsons. The only way this team has scored has been in garbage time over the past three weeks since QB Joe Burrow has been injured. It’s an unnerving feeling to wait for the 4th quarter to get the points. Maybe that will change with Flacco? If you do play the Bengals, Flacco is cheap, and you can build your roster. I think there are better weeks coming for this offense.

The Packers are in a great spot, and I’m thinking RB Josh Jacobs is my play of the week. He is going to be almost a lock button for me. The Packers are coming off a bye, and their offensive line is getting healthy, and I think they’ll push the Bengals around. I think Jacobs will score at least one touchdown, most likely two, and have at least 120-plus total yards. Unfortunately, that means I’m not playing much QB Jordan Love because the Packers would love nothing more than to run the football. Their receivers are cheap enough to play, but who will get that ball? You can take a chance on WR Romeo Doubs and/or TE Tucker Kraft because their prices are low and there will probably be a receiving touchdown. If you play the Packers’ passing game with Love, you need to go with a full game stack because that means the Bengals are scoring.

We were treated to a very entertaining game on Thursday Night Football between the Giants and Eagles.
