The scoring picked up in Week 2, led by the superstar wide receivers:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fantasy managers who were disappointed in Chase after taking him with the 1st overall pick were much happier in Week 2. Chase caught 14 of 16 targets for 165 yards and a touchdown, finishing with over 36 fantasy points. Even when <a href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/nfl\/story\/_\/id\/46264241\/sources-bengals-joe-burrow-need-surgery-turf-toe\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Joe Burrow left with an injury<\/a>, backup quarterback Jake Browning was peppering him with targets. Chase gets a slight downgrade without Burrow, but is still a WR1 in a matchup with Justin Jefferson and the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/vikings\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Vikings<\/a> in Week 3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nabers caught nine of thirteen targets for 167 yards and two touchdowns. Nabers has a tougher matchup against the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/chiefs\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Chiefs<\/a> in Week 3, but he is still a top-five wide receiver.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nacua had eight catches for 91 yards and a 45-yard rushing touchdown.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">St. Brown had nine catches for 115 yards and three touchdowns. St. Brown has a fun matchup against the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/ravens\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Ravens<\/a> defense, which struggled in Week 1. He has been the top target and jumps into the top ten of the wide receiver rankings for Week 3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thomas Jr. has had two very disappointing performances, finishing outside of the top 40 in each. However, he has 19 targets in two games, but just five receptions. Trevor Lawrence and BTJ just can\u2019t get on the same page. Better days are ahead for Thomas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pickens got back on track, catching a touchdown to go with 68 receiving yards in Week 2. Brown laid another dud. He had just 7.7 fantasy points in Week 2, so he now has less than ten total fantasy points through two games. However, he did have eight targets, which was an encouraging sign. Brown falls outside of the top 20 of the wide receiver rankings in Week 3, but for now, he should remain in your starting lineups.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">McMillan was the focal point of the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/panthers\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Panthers<\/a> passing offense once again, catching six passes for 100 yards. McMillan should continue to get a heavy target share in Week 3 and beyond.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.profootballrumors.com\/2025\/09\/chiefs-xavier-worthy-dealing-with-torn-labrum-likely-to-play-in-week-3\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Worthy is questionable again this week with a shoulder injury<\/a>.
