The NFL&#8217;s <a  href=\"https:\/\/www.nfl.com\/news\/tom-brady-suspension-case-timeline-0ap3000000492189\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">burden of proof is substantially lower<\/a> than the United States Justice System, and there is a chance he could face a suspension.<\/p>\n<p>Even with that possibility, it should be a matter of time before Quinshon Judkins signs his contract with the Cleveland Browns. For the first time ever, early second-round picks are receiving fully guaranteed contracts, and Cleveland didn&#8217;t want to give out that type of deal without resolving his legal issues.<\/p>\n<p>Quinshon Judkins joins a wide-open backfield and should compete for touches right out of the gate. Veteran Jerome Ford is an adequate short-term option, and <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/2025\/03\/10\/dylan-sampson-2025-nfl-draft-scouting-report\/\" target=\"_self\">fourth-round pick Dylan Sampson<\/a> has drawn strong praise throughout the offseason, but the Ohio State product is still the favorite to lead this team in touches and rushing yards by the end of the season.
