The Chiefs finished above .500 in all four seasons and ten or more wins in all three playoff runs.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This development comes on the same day the Chiefs re-upped with Andy Reid. While in Philadelphia, Reid had final say on football personnel matters.\u00a0The terms of Reid\u2019s new contract weren\u2019t disclosed. With that said, the timing of the contract extension of the head coach and the announcement of Dorsey not being kept came so close together. <\/span><\/span>The Chiefs, though, told Sam Mellinger of the Kansas City Star that they are looking for a new general manager.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">I&#8217;m told Andy Reid will not take over GM duties. He&#8217;d done both at the end in Philly. However, they should target people from the Belichick tree. Nick Caserio should be at the top of their list. He&#8217;s the current director of player personnel with the New England Patriots.<\/p>\n<p>No matter what you think, the shoes will be tough to fill.
