Sometimes a player will get a huge boost by draft capital and landing spot (shoutout to <a  href=\"https:\/\/www.footballguys.com\/player\/Jalen+Reagor\/ReagJa00\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jaelon Reagor<\/a>), and sometimes players will have take lock and ignore <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/2023\/03\/30\/why-draft-capital-is-the-most-important-thing-in-dynasty-leagues\/\" target=\"_self\">draft capital<\/a> for quarterbacks (see Bo Nix). Jeanty is a can&#8217;t-miss prospect, and he&#8217;s already a <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/2025\/02\/13\/2025-dynasty-running-back-rankings-rookies-and-veterans-to-target\/\" target=\"_self\">top-three dynasty running back<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Early First Consideration<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Tet McMillan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Omarion Hampton<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cam Ward<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Emeka Egbuka<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>TreVeyon Henderson<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s a big tier from 1.02 through 1.06, but each of the players has a case to catapult up to the top 12 of their dynasty rankings.<\/p>\n<h3>Wild Cards<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Travis Hunter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/2025\/01\/17\/2025-nfl-draft-early-jaxson-dart-scouting-report\/\" target=\"_self\"><strong>Jaxson Dart<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Shedeur Sanders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s smoke Hunter could play wide receiver full time. There&#8217;s smoke he&#8217;ll play corner full time. If he&#8217;s a receiver, no one would bat an eye taking him at 1.02. If he&#8217;s a corner, it&#8217;s a pick set on fire. Dart and Sanders have been mocked as high as two, as low as out of the first round. It&#8217;s not the worst thing in the world to get a handcuff in the late third or get a quarterback with an opportunity to start.
