That was before the NFL Draft and was based strictly on returning players.<\/p>\n<p>Now that the month of June is ending, and the team rosters and depth charts have completely changed, there is no better time to publish our second installment of \u201c100 Fantasy Football Facts.\u201d \u00a0We will publish our third edition right before the start of the season in September.<\/p>\n<p>These are 100\u00a0completely true facts that will surprise and confuse fantasy football fanatics. The facts may or may not lead to the obvious conclusion, but the goal is to keep your fantasy football mind racing.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s one thing to have a grasp of analytics, but it\u2019s another thing entirely to use those numbers as building blocks to some higher truth.<\/p>\n<p>The question remains open for debate: does the data lead to the proper conclusion?<\/p>\n<p>Here are 100 facts to give dedicated fantasy football junkies something to chew over as the summer months arrive.<\/p>\n<p>(All statistical information was taken from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.playerprofiler.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PlayerProfiler<\/a>. This was seventh most among all wide receivers.<br \/>\n12. \u00a0Out of <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/T\/TateGo00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Golden Tate<\/a>&#8216;s<\/strong> 135 targets last season, only 17.1 percent came when he lined up as a slot wide receiver. If we project him to reach 80 targets (not likely), that would still leave 283 available targets.<br \/>\n27. \u00a0If we add one fourth of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/D\/DixoKe00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kenneth Dixon<\/a>&#8216;s targets (7.5), that makes a total of 290.5 targets from 2016 still available.<br \/>\n28.
