This could be worrisome for many Eagle fans, but Sweat said it’s the “biggest moment of his life.” It seems odd that he would say this on Super Bowl week, which could indicate he’ll be open to leaving for a new team if it means earning a better deal elsewhere.<\/p>\n

Originally selected in the 2018 NFL Draft, the former Florida State product is looking for a major pay bump after playing on a one-year contract. Sweat was the subject of trade rumors this season and there’s no denying his pass-rushing abilities. The former Pro Bowler became one of the main disruptors for the Eagles, which is something that Philadelphia to lose after recording 27 solo tackles, eight sacks and a pair of broken-up passes while notching a 71.0 defensive grade.
