With only a couple of hours left before the Chiefs\u2019 divisional showdown against the Texans<\/a>, Travis Kelce sent a strong message to his teammates. Kelce was on the ‘New Heights podcast’<\/a> with brother Jason Kelce on Friday. The NFL superstar siblings were talking about the divisional game against the Texans. And Travis Kelce dropped nukes in the Chiefs locker room highlighting the Texans\u2019 strengths.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

57 minutes into the podcast, Jason Kelce spoke<\/a> about Kansas City’s extended stretch without meaningful football.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt’s been 25 days since you last played on Christmas. How about that? You gotta feel pretty fresh!\u201d and Travis Kelce replied, <\/span>“Well, I mean, I’ve got after it. I’ve been getting after it. You have to keep the wear and tear on the body. You can’t let your body get out of the zone.”\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The three-time Super Bowl champion continued with a strong message to his teammates about the top-level defense of the Texans. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cTexans, I mean, you want to talk about playing fast that D-line that defense,” Kelce said. “Man, it’s a real deal right there, and they showed it. They showed it this past weekend against the Chargers on what they can do, and they can create turnovers. They’re a tough team, they’re a tough team man, and I’m excited for the challenge.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

But more importantly, Houston’s offense excels at conversions and picking up yards when they need to. So, in this case, their offense is #3 in the entire league, with 35.5% chances of gaining 10 yards in the 3rd down.<\/span><\/p>\n

But that’s what Travis Kelce is also aware of. The Chiefs are also ready to appear once again in the conference round. And how much are they? Pretty much since the injury report of the Chiefs\u2019 key players has been released.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the latest injury report, 10 players have been categorized as full participants. The players who are ready for the Saturday game include Isiah Pacheco, Chris Jones, D.J. Humphries<\/a>, Jawaan Taylor, Jaylen Watson, and others. So, it should be a heck of a game, and we can see the biggest churn to gain yards and score points.<\/p>\n
