The Miami Dolphins season is over, and wide receiver Tyreek Hill made it clear that he wants a trade. A five-time First-Team All-Pro and eight-time Pro Bowl selection, Hill just finished his worst season since his rookie campaign. Starting and appearing in all 17 games, the star wide receiver finished the season with 81 receptions for 959 yards and six touchdowns, his lowest marks since his 12-game 2019 season.<\/p>\n
Hill spent his early years in Kansas City<\/a> before joining the Dolphins via trade in 2022. After recording two 1,700-yard seasons in his first two years with the team, defenses adjusted to Mike McDaniel’s speed-based offense<\/a>. The offensive guru responded by incorporating tight end Jonnu Smith into the passing attack, which limited Hill’s production. Additionally, quarterback Tua Tagovailoa missed a sizable portion of the season, and backups Skylar Thompson and Tyler Huntley couldn’t carry the offense.<\/p>\n Having just finished his age-30 season, Tyreek Hill is closer to the end of his career than the beginning and has hinted at trade requests throughout the offseason.
