The Davante Adams trade has not gone according to plan for the Jets, and some analysts across the league believe New York could move him after just two games. Following a 2-4 start, Aaron Rodgers and company acquired the former Green Bay Packer<\/a> in exchange for a third-round pick that could become a second-round selection if certain conditions are met. At the time, this move was supposed to give the Jets the added firepower needed to close the gap in a competitive AFC.<\/p>\n

Instead, the Jets are worse than ever and could sell at the trade deadline. Aaron Rodgers lost his fastball, as the once-great quarterback doesn’t look like his old self. At 2-6, New York’s odds<\/a> of making the playoffs are slim to none, so why wouldn’t they trade Davante Adams and minimize their loss on the 31-year-old wide receiver? Looking across the league, the Kansas City Chiefs, Baltimore Ravens, and Buffalo Bills make the most sense as potential destinations.<\/p>\n
