Bleacher Report <a href=\"https:\/\/bleacherreport.com\/articles\/10139355-maxx-crosby-trade-rumors-raiders-wouldnt-consider-deal-for-multiple-1st-round-picks\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">says<\/a> Las Vegas wouldn&#8217;t accept a deal for multiple first-round picks in exchange for Crosby. However, things don&#8217;t look like paradise for the team after frustrations continue to grow, including a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marca.com\/en\/nfl\/las-vegas-raiders\/2024\/10\/14\/670cf44d22601d48778b45d0.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">shove to head coach Antonio Pierce<\/a> from Crosby. The Raiders should probably reconsider but understandably, he&#8217;s the face of this franchise so it may be harder to pull off a trade but it isn&#8217;t impossible.<\/p>\n<p>Star wide receiver <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/2024\/10\/02\/davante-adams-best-landing-spots-for-fantasy-football\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Davante Adams<\/a> is already a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportingnews.com\/us\/nfl\/news\/davante-adams-jets-bills-trade-candidates-raiders-star\/d15782e7035f07f33cc39bd1\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hot trade candidate<\/a> so there&#8217;s no doubt that Crosby will probably become the most shocking trade. However, Crosby is loyal to the Raiders but the question is how long will that last before he demands a new winning culture? The Eastern Michigan product was the fourth-round draft pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, notching 57.5 sacks, 20 pass deflections, three fumble recoveries and 341 total tackles. The prominent pass rusher has two All-Pro nominations along with three Pro Bowl selections.<\/p>\n<p>Crosby is at the prime of his career so while he denies any possibility of a trade, he could request if frustrations continue to grow. He may have a better chance of landing with a team like the Lions or Saints to take him to a future Super Bowl championship. After their crushing win in Dallas, the team is looking like contenders again. Detroit has been a changing team since Jared Goff, <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/2022\/03\/15\/2022-nfl-draft-aidan-hutchinson-player-profile\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Aidan Hutchinson<\/a> and head coach Dan Campbell took over. However, things may be changing drastically since <a href=\"https:\/\/sports.yahoo.com\/aidan-hutchinson-undergoes-successful-surgery-after-gruesome-leg-injury-in-win-over-cowboys-222638373.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hutchinson&#8217;s injury<\/a> which may lead to a potential blockbuster trade.<\/p>\n<p>Hutchinson will be out for the year which means they need new life for their pass-rushing unit. One source believes the Lions should take Crosby but that seems like a reach to some. Detroit already lost pass rusher <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/2023\/03\/13\/marcus-davenport-signs-contract-with-minnesota-vikings\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Marcus Davenport<\/a> so if the Lions make a trade happen, it wouldn&#8217;t be surprising. The Lions would probably become a superstar team if they land Crosby in a miracle.<\/p>\n<p>No one should expect this trade to happen this year but this is something to keep an eye on and should be no surprise if Crosby requests a trade and wants to head to Detroit.<\/p>\n<h3>Extra Defense Depth<\/h3>\n<p>If Dennis Allen wants to make an alternating trade this season, he would probably keep his job for the future. <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/2023\/06\/23\/why-chase-young-to-the-bears-makes-sense\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Chase Young<\/a> has been nothing but an insurance free-agent signing after only recording 10 solo tackles and 1.5 sacks so far.
