Here is the Buy Sell Report for Week 7 of the Fantasy Football Season.

Fantasy Football Buy/Sell for Week 7

Buy Saquon Barkley

Saquon Barkley started the season strong with two 30-point performances in the first three weeks. He has since cooled off with just 13 and 7 points in his last two games, including a tough outing against the Browns in Week 6. However, Barkley’s upcoming schedule is very promising, making him an excellent trade target before Week 7.

Next week, he returns to MetLife Stadium to face his former team, the Giants. He will be motivated to have a big game after the Giants unwillingness to offer him a bigger contract. The Eagles will prioritize getting Barkley involved in this revenge game. After that, he faces the Bengals, Jaguars, Cowboys, Commanders, and Rams. These five teams are all in the top half of most fantasy points allowed to running backs this season, with three ranking in the top eight.

Additionally, Barkley already had his bye week, so managers won’t have to worry about finding a replacement for him later in the season. With this favorable stretch ahead, Barkley will be one of the top running backs over the next six weeks. It is worth overpaying to trade for him now.

Buy Ladd McConkey

Ladd McConkey has had a slow start to the season, with only two double-digit fantasy performances. In his last four games, he has three single-digit outings. The Chargers have emphasized the run game, limiting McConkey’s opportunities. He has solidified himself as quarterback Justin Herbert’s top target. McConkey has seen at least six targets in four of five games. He had eight in Week 6, while no other receiver had more than four.

While McConkey briefly exited the game in Week 6 due to a minor injury, he returned and played without any further issues. The Chargers upcoming schedule is favorable for him, as they face the Cardinals and the Saints. Both teams rank in the top ten for the most fantasy points allowed to wide receivers. McConkey hasn’t had a breakout game yet this season, but with these matchups, now is the perfect time to buy low on him ahead of Week 7, when his breakout could finally arrive.

Sell Kyler Murray

Kyler Murray is currently QB11 in fantasy points per game (PPG), but his performances have been inconsistent. In Week 6, he managed just 11.96 fantasy points in a loss, even in a pass-heavy game script where the Cardinals were trailing early. His rushing production was limited, with only seven carries for 14 yards. Looking ahead, Murray has a brutal schedule over the next four weeks, facing the Chargers, Dolphins, Bears, and Jets—all of which rank in the top six for fewest fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks this season. It is time to sell Murray away before the very difficult stretch of his season.

Sell Sam LaPorta

Sam LaPorta had a quiet Week 6, with just one target, but he made the most of it with a 52-yard trick play touchdown, salvaging his fantasy day with 12.2 points. He has seen less than five targets in every game since Week 2. The Lions‘ effective running game means Jared Goff doesn’t need to air it out much, and Goff’s tendency to spread the ball around limits LaPorta’s opportunities. Kalif Raymond and Tim Patrick combined for nine targets in Week 6.

Sam LaPorta on the trick play!pic.twitter.com/10KvCxT0Fc

— Underdog NFL (@UnderdogNFL) October 13, 2024

Despite the thin tight end landscape, LaPorta is not offering the positional advantage fantasy managers hoped for when drafting him as a top-tier option. Now is the time to sell high on LaPorta, leveraging his two good games to trade for a more reliable and consistent wide receiver or running back.

Other Buys and Sells for Week 7

Don’t expect fantasy managers to give up on Brian Thomas Jr after one bad game, but it is worth seeing if they are willing to trade him away after he only scored 5.7 fantasy points. Better days are ahead for him.

In all three games with Anthony Richardson, Michael Pittman Jr has scored single-digit fantasy points, and in all three games with Joe Flacco, Pittman has scored double-digit fantasy points. Sell high on him before Richardson returns, which he should in Week 7.

Mike Evans got shut down by Marshon Lattimore, which is a common occurrence. He will bounce back, so see if fantasy managers are willing to trade him away after a down week.

Main Image: Ron Chenoy – USA Today Sports

Here are some players to buy and sell in fantasy football ahead of Week 7 of the NFL Season to upgrade your team.

[59
32545
post-194359","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-fantasy","tag-fantasy-football-2024
["GET
