The NFL season is in full swing, and it’s time to set your lineups for Week 6 of the fantasy football season. The quarterbacks on a bye this week are Patrick Mahomes, Matthew Stafford, Sam Darnold, and Tyler Huntley. Anthony Richardson and Derek Carr are both questionable with injuries. Below are the quarterback rankings, tiers and analysis to help you navigate your lineup decisions for Week 6.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fantasy Football Quarterback Rankings Week 6<\/h2>\n

Tier 1: Superstar Quarterbacks<\/strong><\/h3>\n

1. Lamar Jackson<\/span>
\n2. Jayden Daniels<\/span>
\n3. Josh Allen<\/span>
\n4. Jalen Hurts<\/span>
\n5. Jordan Love<\/span>
\n6. Kyler Murray<\/span><\/p>\n

Jackson beat out Burrow in a classic shootout in Week 5<\/a>. He had 33.42 fantasy points, which was good for QB3 on the week, but he is now the overall QB1 on the year. Jackson has finished as a top-ten fantasy quarterback in all five weeks. <\/span><\/p>\n

Looking ahead to Week 6, Jackson faces off against Daniels, who is right behind him as the overall QB2 this season. Daniels has been similarly impressive, making this matchup one of the most anticipated of the week. Both quarterbacks have the potential to light up the scoreboard, and this game is expected to be a high-scoring affair. Jackson and Daniels are the top two fantasy quarterbacks on the year and the top two in the Week 6 quarterback rankings.<\/span><\/p>\n

Love and Murray are set to face off in what could be a high-scoring affair in Week 6. Murray is coming off a strong performance, scoring 24 fantasy points in a win over the San Francisco 49ers<\/a>. His dual-threat ability makes him a consistent fantasy option, especially in matchups like this one. <\/span><\/p>\n

On the other hand, Love had a quieter outing in Week 5, finishing with 16 fantasy points. Both the Green Bay Packers<\/a> and Arizona Cardinals<\/a> have offenses capable of putting up points, which gives this game shootout potential.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tier 2: Low-end QB1s<\/strong><\/h3>\n

7. Joe Burrow<\/span>

\n9. Baker Mayfield<\/span>
\n10. Dak Prescott<\/span>

\n12. Justin Fields<\/span><\/p>\n

Burrow balled out in Week 5 finishing with 33.78 fantasy points and the QB2 on the week. He threw for 392 passing yards and five passing touchdowns, but he came up short against Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens<\/a>. Burrow travels to face the New York Giants<\/a> on Sunday Night Football for Week 6. <\/span><\/p>\n

With the Cincinnati Bengals<\/a> defense being so bad, Burrow has to lead the offense to a lot of points to keep with the defense. Burrow will continue his momentum into Week 6 in tier two of the quarterback rankings.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prescott lead the Dallas Cowboys<\/a> to a game-winning drive on 4th down in the final minute of the game. The game was a struggle for Prescott leading up to that, as he had three turnovers, including two inside the red zone. Prescott finished with 16.38 fantasy points, but he could have had a much bigger day.<\/p>\n

The Cowboys have a home game with the Detroit Lions<\/a> next week, who gave up almost 400 passing yards to Geno Smith before their bye week. Expect Prescott to get back on track in Week 6.<\/p>\n

Tier 3: QB1 Upside<\/strong><\/h3>\n

13. Brock Purdy<\/span>
\n14. Geno Smith<\/span>
\n15. Anthony Richardson**<\/span>
\n16. Derek Carr**<\/span><\/p>\n

Purdy had a rough outing in Week 5, throwing two interceptions in a surprising loss to the Cardinals. These negative plays hurt his fantasy performance, leaving him with just 13.06 fantasy points in what was a good matchup. Purdy will look to bounce back next week against a Seahawks defense that has not been good the last two weeks against the Lions and the Giants.<\/span><\/p>\n

Smith had another solid day, finishing with over 20 fantasy points for the second consecutive week. He has thrown at least 40 attempts in three of the last four games. The Seattle Seahawks<\/a> want to throw the football, and Smith has three good wide receivers to throw to. Given the 49ers’ offensive firepower, Smith will likely need to maintain a high volume of passes to keep pace, making him a solid option in fantasy leagues.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tier 4: Streaming Options<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\n21. Aaron Rodgers<\/span><\/p>\n

Jones had his best fantasy game of the season, finishing with 22.08 fantasy points in a win over the Seahawks. He threw for two touchdown passes and played turnover-free football. Jones has a great matchup next week against the Bengals defense that is top five in fantasy points allowed to QBs. Jones is a solid streaming option in Week 6 as he looks to continue playing well.<\/span><\/p>\n

Williams had his best day in his young NFL career by beating the Carolina Panthers<\/a> and scoring over 23 fantasy points. He threw for over 300 passing yards and had two passing touchdowns. He has a great matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars<\/a> in London. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Jaguars have given up the most fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks, giving up an average of 23 points a game, and they just allowed 26.56 fantasy points to Joe Flacco. Williams is another solid streaming option for Week 6 in a great matchup.<\/span><\/p>\n
