The key point is that Williams’ missteps stem from inexperience, as he\u2019s learning what works and what doesn\u2019t in the NFL. However, his strengths<\/a>\u2014such as his processing speed, anticipation, and pocket awareness\u2014are things that can\u2019t be taught. It\u2019s better for Williams to make these “rookie mistakes” now rather than later when the stakes are higher.<\/p>\n
