Murray<\/a> bounced back with a big Week 2. He had 266 passing yards and three passing touchdowns while adding 59 rushing yards. He finished as the overall QB1 on the week with 28.54 fantasy points. Murray and the Cardinals<\/a> host the Lions<\/a>, who have given up good performances to Matthew Stafford and Baker Mayfield over the last two weeks.
