Browns co-owner <strong>Dee Haslam<\/strong> said that management remains unsatisfied with the makeover, according to <strong>Tony Grossi<\/strong>. One problem is that the Browns can&#8217;t change uniforms until 2020.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Dee Haslam confirmed to me another full <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Browns?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">#Browns<\/a> uniform re-do could be in the works soon as new window opens in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Tony Grossi (@TonyGrossi) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/TonyGrossi\/status\/846459868223459328?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">March 27, 2017<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<h2>Cleveland Browns Reportedly May Switch to White Helmets<\/h2>\n<p>According to NFL rules, teams cannot alter\u00a0uniforms until five years after their previous change.\u00a0Although not allowed to begin working with Nike and the NFL until 2018, Haslam is still committed to the change. &#8220;We&#8217;ve learned a lot through that process,&#8221; she said. &#8220;We will go through the process probably again.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Revealed just over two years ago, the updated attire features a bolder orange hue, the word &#8216;Cleveland&#8217; across the chest and a brown facemask. Along with the uniforms, the Browns presented an updated primary logo and a new secondary canine logo. Critics had a very mixed reaction at the time of the release. Many believed that the uniforms strayed too far\u00a0away from the team&#8217;s classic look while others voiced their support for the new Nike threads.<\/p>\n<p>Sources told Grossi that management is also heavily contemplating scrapping the famous orange helmets.
