The Broncos have been relatively quiet during the frenzy, while slowly filling holes and needs at a very cost effective clip. <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/L\/LearRo00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ronald Leary<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/W\/WatsMe00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Menelik Watson<\/a><\/strong> were added at the beginning of free agency to bolster a very lackluster offensive line group.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday, Elway tackled the defensive side of the ball, signing two defensive linemen, after <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/W\/WillSy00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sylvester Williams<\/a><\/strong> split for a bigger paycheck in Tennessee.<\/p>\n<p>6&#8217;3&#8243; <strong>Domata\u00a0Peko<\/strong> was signed away from Cincinnati, and as of now, would be the expected day one starter at nose tackle. He inked a two-year deal worth $7.5 million, with $3.8 million guaranteed, per the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.denverpost.com\/2017\/03\/14\/domata-peko-zach-kerr-broncos-contract-details\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Denver Post<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/twitter.com\/DomataPeko\/status\/841410836061179905<\/p>\n<p>Peko was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in 2006, where he has played his entire career, until three days ago. During his time with the Bengals, he recorded 516 tackles, 18.5 sacks, and 2 forced fumbles. He joined the Indianapolis Colts in 2014 as an undrafted free agent. In his three seasons, he has recorded 64 combined tackles and 5.5 tackles.<\/p>\n<p>He gained a solid reputation as a run stopper, and paired with Peko on the inside, could prove to be an extremely valuable signing.<\/p>\n<p>As the roster sits right now, the expected front seven would be Peko at the nose tackle position, Kerr and <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/W\/WolfDe00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Derek Wolfe<\/a><\/strong> as the defensive ends, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/M\/MillVo00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Von Miller<\/a><\/strong> and <strong>Shane Rey<\/strong> as the outside linebackers, and <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/D\/DaviTo01.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Todd Davis<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/search\/search.fcgi?pid=MarsBr00,MarsBr01&amp;search=Brandon+Marshall&amp;utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Brandon Marshall<\/a><\/strong> lining up at inside linebacker.<\/p>\n<p>Elway has proven through the years that he values free agency in bettering the Broncos.
