That top tier has grown a little, and the rest of the rankings have shuffled quite a bit over the season. With that in mind, who headlines the 2024 dynasty wide receiver rankings, and where are the tier breaks between talent?

2024 Dynasty Wide Receiver Rankings

Tier 1 – Cornerstone Receivers

Ceedee Lamb

Ja’Marr Chase

Justin Jefferson

Amon-Ra St. Brown

Don’t say this too loud or people will get mad, but Lamb is outproducing Jefferson and Chase while only being two months older than Jefferson. His situation is arguably the most stable while also being uber-talented. It’s a tier for a reason, but each of these guys has a path to the overall WR1 in a given season, and are matchup-proof week to week.

Might bump Ceedee Lamb up to dynasty WR1 just for kicks

But also he has QB security, elite talent, is super young and is producing for fantasy

Why isn’t he in the JJ/Chase tier?

— Mike Kash (@FFMikeKash) December 1, 2023

Tier 2 – Unquestioned Wide Receiver Ones

A.J. These four receivers each have a case to slide into the top six whether it’s their exceptional play as a rookie, QB improvement or just that they’re built different (A.J. Brown). Garrett Wilson currently leads the league in targets, it’s just unfortunate the quality of targets have been so poor.

Related – Dynasty Wide Receiver Rankings Podcast

Tier 3 – Old Reliable or Young and Crushing It

Tyreek Hill

Michael Pittman Jr.

Brandon Aiyuk

Deebo Samuel

Chris Olave

Tee Higgins

Jaylen Waddle

As long as Tyreek Hill wants to play football, he’s a top three fantasy WR. Diggs and Evans are WR1 options until further notice, while London was hoping for a new quarterback for Christmas. JSN and Smith would be higher if they were the primary targets on their team, but can still be fantasy gold with their big bodied counterparts taking the lead.

Tier 5 – Stuck, Retiring, or Excited for a Breakout

Rashee Rice

George Pickens

Jordan Addison

Josh Downs

Cooper Kupp

Davante Adams

Christian Kirk

Chris Godwin

Keenan Allen

Rice has turned it on and could be the number one option after Travis Kelce retires (this year or next). Fun fact – George Pickens is only five months older than rookie Josh Downs and is younger than Rashee Rice. Kupp Adams and Allen all have seen better days, but they can help fantasy squads for one more glorious season before riding into the sunset (hopefully).

Tier 6 – Youth, More Youth, and Weird Vibes

Christian Watson

Jayden Reed

Terry McLaurin

Marquise Brown

Diontae Johnson

Jameson Williams

Amari Cooper

Courtland Sutton

Who’s the Green Bay Packers wide receiver one? Who will be the Browns, Broncos, Steelers or Commanders quarterback next year? Is Jameson Williams actually good? All of these questions loom heavy on this tier, but one thing is for certain that they’re serviceable WR3s either due to current production or future potential.

Tier 7 – People Worth Betting On or With

Calvin Ridley

Tyler Lockett

Jahan Dotson

Demario Douglas

Wan’Dale Robinson

Jakobi Meyers

Michael Wilson

Treylon Burks

Romeo Doubs

Jonathan Mingo

Gabriel Davis

Dontayvion Wicks

Jalin Hyatt

Jerry Jeudy

Josh Palmer

Ridley can land in a position to be the top option in an offense for another year or two. The rest of the list is littered with folks who could break out whether due to injury recovery, improved quarterback play or a combination (looking at you Wan’Dale Robinson). These players are dangerous of being roster cloggers in a year or two, so wait midway through 2024 for a breakout before either cashing in or getting out.

Tier 8 – There’s A Lot of Wide Receivers

Quentin Johnston

DeAndre Hopkins

Mike Williams

Marvin Mims

Elijah Moore

Rashid Shaheed

Zay Jones

At this point, receivers with a path to week by week relevance are a premium. If a starter in L.A. goes down, Quentin Johnston could be a ten point bye week fill in. If Amari Cooper doesn’t go, Elijah Moore has been able to fill in. They’re not the sexiest players, but they could grow into larger roles.

Read More:

Dynasty Running Back Rankings

Dynasty Draft Capital Correlation to Fantasy Points

Main Photo Credit: Gary A.
