Monday Night Football this week sees the Eagles travel to Seattle and that might seem like an easy win for Philly. But DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett must be delighted at the prospect of playing the defense ranked 31<\/span>st<\/span> in the league when it comes to conceding touchdowns through the air.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Both teams are on losing streaks, but that\u2019s partly because they\u2019ve both played the Cowboys and 49ers in December.<\/span><\/p>\n

DraftKings DFS bargains for Monday Night Football<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

The Forgotten Star DraftKings DFS Pick – Olamide Zaccheaus<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Last time the Eagles won Zaccheaus<\/a> caught a touchdown pass, so Philly should definitely bring that back. He has only had 8 touches of the ball this season! But he\u2019s averaging 18 yards per touch! So, Brian Johnson needs to involve him more.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Only four teams are allowing more DraftKings DFS points per game to wide receivers than the Seahawks are in 2023. On average Seattle allows 12 yards per reception! Even though D\u2019Andre Swift is their sparkplug the Eagles should stress the Seahawks’ defense with multiple receiver formations. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Seahawks<\/a> have quite a few injured defensive backs, so Zaccheaus could find himself lined up opposite Jamal Adams. Adams isn\u2019t used in coverage very often and has only been targeted 31 times in his 9 games this season. The other Seahawks nickelback Artie Burns is dealing with an injury, he\u2019s only been targeted 15 times this season. Adams is allowing an 80.6% and he\u2019s missed 15.8% of the tackles he\u2019s been asked to make!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Big Rookie DraftKings DFS Pick – Jake Bobo<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Only the Commanders have allowed more passing yards than the Eagles defense in 2023. And nobody has allowed more passing touchdowns! So even if Drew Lock is under center Seattle will be looking to exploit that weakness. Bobo has only caught 15 passes in his rookie season, but they\u2019ve only thrown him 19! He has also had one opportunity to run the ball, that only went for 3 yards, but it resulted in a touchdown. Bobo averages 10.9 yards per touch!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Bobo is a bit of a defensive matchup nightmare anyway. He\u2019s 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighs over 200 lbs so he\u2019s taller than all the Eagles’ defensive backs. He\u2019s taller than all the Eagles linebackers too! Bobo could find himself opposite Josh Jobe, he\u2019s been targeted 25 times this season. That\u2019s the 7<\/span>th<\/span> most targets of all Eagles defenders. Jobe is only allowing a 52% completion rate. But he is allowing 13.1 yards per catch.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Trending Upward Pick – Boston Scott<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Scott has stuttered his way through 2023 due to D\u2019Andre Swift becoming the heartbeat of the Eagles offense. And Scott unfortunately suffering a concussion early in the season. But he has been involved more recently. He has carried the ball 8 times in the last four games (granted that\u2019s not a big number) and he\u2019s caught two passes. Scott is averaging 6.67 yards per touch in those games.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Only four teams are allowing more DraftKings DFS points per game to running backs than the Seahawks\u2019 26.4 in 2023. Only the Panthers have conceded more rushing touchdowns to backs. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Biggest Gamble DraftKings DFS Pick – Colby Parkinson<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

The 6 touchdowns the Eagles have allowed to tight ends in 2023 is the second-highest number in the league. And they concede 12.7 DraftKings DFS points per game to the position. The only problem with this where the Seahawks are concerned is picking which tight end they will pass to this week.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Noah Fant has caught more passes than 6 feet 7 inch Parkinson by 24 to 16 but Parkinson is their only tight end who has caught a touchdown. That came last week when he caught 2 passes for 28 yards. Even Will Dissly caught a pass last week, but he\u2019s only caught 11 in 10 starts this season.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Poised For A Breakout Pick – Jaxon Smith-Njigba<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Technically not a bargain, but he could go off in this game, even if Drew Lock starts. But with his injury luck, there\u2019s an equal chance that he\u2019ll be out for the game by the middle of the second quarter. In the first 5 games of the season, Smith-Njigba<\/a> caught 12 passes. In his last 5, he\u2019s caught 20. He\u2019s trending upward. He has only caught two touchdown passes this season, but against this Eagles pass defense there\u2019s a good chance he bags another one this week.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Smith-Njigba doesn\u2019t compare directly with CeeDee Lamb, but the Seahawks should try to use the way the Cowboys used Lamb against the Eagles. In those 2 games, Lamb recorded 262 receiving yards and a touchdown on 17 catches. If Smith-Njigba manages about 30% of that he\u2019ll have more yards than he\u2019s picked up in a single game thus far in 2023.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
