This column will analyze a player at each position rostered in 50 percent of Yahoo leagues or less each week. For reference, the threshold used for Wins and Losses in this article will be if the quarterbacks can score at least 17 points, if the tight ends can score at least eight PPR points, and if the rest can score at least 10 PPR points. A fun backup (and likely journeyman) quarterback who can be serviceable as a starter and a solid streaming candidate in fantasy football. He\u2019s a wildcard weekly but can put up 30-point fantasy performances any given week, especially in good matchups. That\u2019s what Minshew has this week when the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indianapolis Colts<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> take on the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tennessee Titans<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The Titans are a far better run defense than a pass defense. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This last week, Minshew was able to put up 15.64 fantasy points and that was without a single passing touchdown. That\u2019s a bit fluky and I\u2019d think he gets at least one passing touchdown this week. The Colts currently sit as 2.5-point road favorites with a solid 22.5-point implied team total. Minshew looks set up to be one of the best Week 13 streamers among quarterbacks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Honorable Mentions \u2013 Derek Carr<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<\/span><b>NO<\/b> <b>&#8211; 44%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) <\/span><b>v DET<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Matthew Stafford<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<\/span><b>LAR<\/b> <b>&#8211; 48%) v CLE<\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b>Running Back \u2013 Antonio Gibson (WAS &#8211; 50%) v MIA<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The running back waiver wire looks like slim pickings this week. On one hand that\u2019s a good thing meaning there weren\u2019t too many injuries, but on the other hand, it makes it harder if you are in need of a running back. Antonio Gibson looks like one of the best Week 13 streamers at the running back position. The <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Washington Commanders<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> take on the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/dolphins\/\" target=\"_self\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Miami Dolphins<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> this week so the matchup on paper doesn\u2019t look like the easiest as the Dolphins allow the seventh-fewest fantasy points to running backs on the season. However, Gibson is more of the pass-catching back for the Commanders so that could lend to more snaps and touches this week. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Commanders are currently 9.5-point underdogs so the projected game script should play into Gibson\u2019s favor. He\u2019s seen 20 targets over the last four games including at least four in all four games. Gibson has caught 18 of those and turned them into 128 yards and a score. Gibson could be a solid option if you\u2019re in a pinch this week.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Honorable Mentions \u2013 Tyjae Spears<\/b> <b>(TEN &#8211; 39%) v IND,<\/b> <b>Samaje Perine (DEN &#8211; 20%) @ HOU<\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b>Wide Receiver \u2013 Demario Douglas (NE &#8211; 36%) v LAC<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What is it going to take to finally get Demario Douglas over 50% rostered? Until that happens, I\u2019m going to keep recommending him for this segment because he just keeps producing. Douglas has now scored double-digit fantasy points in four of the last five weeks. This last week he was able to hit that threshold despite leaving with an injury. During that same span, Douglas has seen at least six targets in all five games. In total, he\u2019s caught 26 of 38 targets for an average of more than five receptions and nearly eight targets per game. That includes nine targets in each of the last two games. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s clear that he\u2019s the alpha wide receiver for the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New England Patriots<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at this point and they are trying to find ways to get the ball in his hands. This week he gets a juicy matchup against the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/chargers\/\" target=\"_self\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los Angeles Chargers<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The Chargers defense has allowed the second-most fantasy points to wide receivers so far in 2023. Douglas looks to be one of the best Week 13 streamers among all wide receivers and someone who needs to be rostered long-term and in many more leagues.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Top 5 receivers in Yard After Catch per  Reception this season (minimum of 25 receptions):<\/p>\n<p>1. He was a very popular tight end breakout candidate heading into the year but started off slow and then was placed on the IR with an injury. Freiermuth returned last week but was barely involved. This week was much different as he caught nine of his 11 targets for 120 yards producing 24.00 fantasy points. The Steelers offense looked revitalized in their first game sans Canada and it will be interesting to see if they can keep it up this week against the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/cardinals\/\" target=\"_self\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arizona Cardinals<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The Cardinals&#8217; defense is not a strong one and not one to fear.
