Week 10 brings us another unfortunate Thursday Night Football matchup. In the off-season, a game with Bryce Young<\/a> and Justin Fields<\/a> playing<\/span>\u00a0seemed like a mouthwatering prospect. But here we are, both quarterbacks have missed time with injuries. And both teams have struggled with poor offensive line play not helping whoever has been throwing the passes. But that doesn\u2019t mean we can\u2019t have some DraftKings DFS<\/a> fun.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Obviously, Cole Kmet, Justin Fields<\/a>, D.J Moore, and Darnell Mooney are all \u201cmust starts\u201d against a Panthers team with a very up-and-down offense. But which players will seriously outperform their valuation on Thursday?<\/span><\/p>\n

Thursday Night DraftKings DFS Bargains\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

The Impressive Rookie DraftKings DFS Pick – Roschon Johnson<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

The rookie running back is valued at $4,000 on this week\u2019s DraftKings DFS slate. That\u2019s not because he hasn\u2019t been performing well, it\u2019s because the Bears haven\u2019t realized he needs to be a key part of the offense.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Johnson is averaging 4.7 yards per touch. He\u2019s caught 88.2% of the passes they\u2019ve thrown his way and his average of 4.5 yards per rush attempt is better than D\u2019Onta Foreman\u2019s season average. For some unknown reason, the Bears are only giving him six touches per game. If they want actually to start winning, they need to involve them more.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Less Glamourous Rookie Pick – Jonathan Mingo<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Mingo is another rookie and while he\u2019s not grabbing headlines like Zay Flowers and Jordan Addison, he\u2019s still having a solid debut season. Mingo is averaging a whopping 10 yards per touch! This week Mingo is valued at $3,400 on the DraftKings DFS Captains Showdown slate.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He\u2019s caught 20 passes this season and 12 of those have come in his last four games. This week Mingo should line up opposite Tyrique Stevenson who was recovering from an ankle injury but seems good to go. Stevenson has allowed 500 receiving yards this season and 70% of passes thrown his way have resulted in completions. Da Bears are in the middle of the pack when it comes to allowing DraftKings DFS points to receivers, but they average 34.8 points per game so the Panthers should have some joy.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The DraftKings DFS Comeback Player Pick – Miles Sanders<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Sanders hasn\u2019t had a great season and is coming back from an injury, so he will only cost you $4,600 on this DraftKings DFS slate. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Unless he\u2019s shown a dramatic improvement in the last two days it\u2019s unlikely Sanders sees more touches than Chuba Hubbard. But that doesn\u2019t mean he won\u2019t be productive. Only five teams have conceded more DraftKings points to running backs than the Bears have this season!\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Last week Sanders saw five targets in the passing game and ran the ball five times for 39 yards, or 6.5 yards per attempt!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The DraftKings DFS “Surely He\u2019s Making That Name Up” Pick – Tommy Tremble<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Apparently not, that is his real name. And he\u2019s 6\u20194\u201d and 250lbs so you really shouldn\u2019t argue with him. You also don\u2019t want to try defending against him. And only seven teams have allowed more DraftKings DFS points to tight ends in 2023 than the Bears, so they probably don\u2019t want to try defending him either. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Tremble has caught 88.9% of his targets this season and in his last four games, he has only dropped one pass. He\u2019ll cost you $2,500 on this DraftKings DFS Captains Showdown slate.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Why Don\u2019t They Use Him More pick \u2013 Robert Tonyan<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Tonyan will also cost $2.500 in the DraftKings DFS Captains Showdown slate. But unlike Tremble hasn\u2019t been used effectively by his quarterback. \\Part of that has to be because the Bears have started a rookie quarterback while Fields has been injured. Another part of that is Luke Getsy (who was the Packers’ passing game coordinator while Tonyan was there) hasn\u2019t been helping the signal callers get the ball out of their hands quickly.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Tonyan has only dropped two passes all season, but the Bears have thrown his direction nine times! He\u2019s averaging 8.3 yards per catch. If they use him more often, he\u2019ll be a useful foil for Cole Kmet.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
