The 2024 NFL draft might have the most loaded class of first-round offensive players in recent years.<\/h3>\n<p>In the past, football experts believed that &#8220;Defense wins championships&#8221;. However, with the NFL shifting towards a high-scoring league, this belief is no longer relevant. As a result, the 2024 draft class is filled with talented offensive players, making it one of the strongest classes in recent history. The first 32 picks of this draft are expected to focus heavily on offensive players, with several future stars set to join the NFL. Overall, the 2024 NFL draft will bring in a wave of talented offensive players that will undoubtedly impact the league in the years to come.<\/p>\n<h4>Prolific Passers<\/h4>\n<p>The first round may see five quarterbacks come off the board. Several teams are looking to draft new quarterbacks and plenty of options. Picks one and two will undoubtedly be USC\u2019s Caleb Williams and North Carolina\u2019s Drake Maye. Two fantastic prospects, Williams and Maye have all the traits that NFL evaluators are gravitating towards. After those two come some experienced passers with lingering questions about their age or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/sports\/2023\/09\/15\/michael-penix-jr-washington\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">durability<\/a>. Oregon\u2019s Bo Nix and Washington\u2019s Michael Penix have both found new homes and flourished. Michigan\u2019s JJ McCarthy is a wildcard prospect having a phenomenal season. At the top is a name that has no business being in this class. Penn State\u2019s Olu Fashanu could have easily been the first tackle taken in the 2023 NFL Draft but chose to return to State College for one final season. Behind Fashanu, Notre Dame\u2019s Joe Alt and Oregon State\u2019s Taliese Fuaga are two guys who make their name in run blocking but are still likely top-ten picks. Some other names to watch are Duke\u2019s Graham Barton, Georgia\u2019s Amarius Mims, and Alabama\u2019s JC Latham. At wide receiver, Ohio State legend Marvin Harrison Jr is perhaps the best wide receiver prospect in a half-decade. With almost no weaknesses in his game, Harrison is very likely to be the first non-quarterback off the board. Down South, Georgia tight end Brock Bowers has been waiting for this day for nearly three years. Malik Nabers, a speedster from LSU, is having another stellar season with Heisman hopeful Jayden Daniels. At Florida State, transfer Keon Coleman has been unstoppable all season long since opening up the year with a three-touchdown performance against LSU. Washington\u2019s Rome Odunze is the alpha in the room for the best receiver room in the country. Harrison\u2019s running mate Emeka Egbuka and Texas\u2019 Xavier Worthy round out an incredible list of potential first-rounders.
