Just under a quarter of most leagues\u2019 regular seasons are finished, making every game more important than the last. Hockensen<\/li>\n<li>Mark Andrews<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>With Taylor Swift in attendance, Travis Kelce was able to have another great performance. He headlines the tight end rankings yet again this week after catching seven passes for 69 yards and a touchdown. This year\u2019s TE1, T.J. Hockensen has benefited greatly from Kirk Cousins\u2019 tremendous play in 2023. He moves past Mark Andrews by virtue of his 17.0 fantasy points per game. He\u2019s increased his target total in every game and had 11 last week against the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/cardinals\/\" target=\"_self\">Cardinals<\/a>. He\u2019s been the clear second option for Jared Goff and the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/lions\/\" target=\"_self\">Detroit Lions<\/a> and comes into week four averaging 14.2 points per game, sending him soaring in this week&#8217;s tight end rankings. Evan Engram hasn\u2019t had any boom games but has been extremely consistent, something that is very rare at the tight end position this year.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/2023\/08\/28\/george-kittle-2023-fantasy-football-outlook\/\" target=\"_self\">George Kittle<\/a> started this season slowly, but had a great game in Week 3, catching seven passes for 90 yards. The <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/49ers\/\" target=\"_self\">49ers<\/a> have so many options that Kittle will be inconsistent, but his talent allows him to be capable of big games. Darren Waller has struggled this season, but may be able to bounce back against a <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/seahawks\/\" target=\"_self\">Seahawks<\/a> defense that isn\u2019t as strong as <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/cowboys\/\" target=\"_self\">Dallas<\/a> or San Francisco, Waller\u2019s two worst games. Dallas Goedert remains a low-ceiling, but high-floor mid-tier TE1.<\/p>\n<h3>Tier 3: Back-end TE1s<\/h3>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li>Hunter Henry<\/li>\n<li>Jake Ferguson<\/li>\n<li>Kyle Pitts<\/li>\n<li>Pat Freiermuth<\/li>\n<li>Luke Musgrave<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>He\u2019s got a tough matchup and is coming off a poor game, but Hunter Henry was one of the highest-scoring tight ends in the league for the first two weeks. His target total wasn\u2019t far off those weeks, and he should be expected to bounce back. Jake Ferguson is a player who has been trending up the weekly tight end rankings, and receives a lot of targets, though he has been fairly inefficient with them. Kyle Pitts had a solid game, but his floor is alarmingly low in the run-heavy <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/falcons\/\" target=\"_self\">Atlanta<\/a> offense.<\/p>\n<p>Pat Freiermuth has every-week touchdown upside, but with just nine targets on the season, he needs to start producing in other categories. Rookie <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/2023\/09\/06\/week-1-stream-team-devon-achane-luke-musgrave-more\/\" target=\"_self\">Luke Musgrave<\/a> caught six passes for 49 yards in week 3, and with Christian Watson still listed as questionable, Musgrave may continue to see a large number of opportunities.<\/p>\n<h3>Tier 4: Streaming Options<\/h3>\n<ol start=\"14\">\n<li>Zach Ertz<\/li>\n<li>David Njoku<\/li>\n<li>Dalton Kincaid<\/li>\n<li>Tyler Higbee<\/li>\n<li>Gerald Everett<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Zach Ertz was considered a very high-floor play before Week 3, but he had just two catches for six yards against the Cowboys after receiving his highest position of the year in the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/2023\/09\/13\/fantasy-football-week-2-tight-end-rankings\/\" target=\"_self\">Week 2 tight-end rankings<\/a>. His matchup doesn\u2019t get much better this week, as the Cardinals play the 49ers, but Ertz may be able to return to the target hog he was in Weeks 1 and 2. David Njoku is attached to an improving Deshaun Watson, but he has yet to see more than four targets as Amari Cooper and Elijah Moore are the clear number one and number two options.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/bills\/\" target=\"_self\">Bills<\/a> rookie Dalton Kincaid had a very quiet game against the Commanders, but was solid in his first two NFL performances. Buffalo will have to score a lot of points to keep up with the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/dolphins\/\" target=\"_self\">Miami<\/a> offense, so Kincaid has a good chance at a touchdown this week. Tyler Higbee scored 12.1 points in week three but only combined for that same total in the first two weeks. Gerald Everett may see some more work with <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/chargers-mike-williams-acl-injury-6eeb0ac1de66a335bec6d6ec1d45f167\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mike Williams injured<\/a>, but Joshua Palmer seems more likely to receive most of the extra targets.<\/p>\n<h3>Tier 5: Dart Throws<\/h3>\n<ol start=\"19\">\n<li>Hayden Hurst<\/li>\n<li>Cade Otton<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Hayden Hurst had a huge week one game but has come back down to Earth since then. Andy Dalton only looked his way three times, but if Bryce Young can suit up, Hurst may be able to have a decent performance. Cade Otton has sandwiched a startable performance between two duds.
