The last time Hill had a three-touchdown performance was last November when the Kansas City Chiefs throttled the New York Jets. Hill brings big-play potential and raw speed that is un-teachable. He is the most electrifying option in Kansas City’s offense, and he woke the NFL world up with his performance. When Patrick Mahomes and Tyreek Hill get that in-game chemistry going, Hill is matchup-proof.

Defenses Have No Answers for Tyreek Hill so Far

Tyreek Hill Back-Flips the Chiefs to Victory

Early in the fourth quarter, Tyreek Hill back-flipped in the endzone after a laser-sharp throw from Patrick Mahomes. This electric touchdown pushed the score to 35-23. On the Chiefs following offensive drive, the y kept the throttle right where they left off with Tyreek Hill’s speed. Instead of running the clock out, Patrick Mahomes threw a 44-yard touchdown to Hill for their third touchdown connection. Eagles fans were throwing in the towel by leaving the game after this play. The Chiefs were up 42-23 at this point, with under three minutes left on the game clock.

[pickup_prop id=”5930″]

Darius Slay is a One-Way Player

Darius Slay is an elite cornerback for the Philadelphia Eagles. Slay should have been guarding Tyreek Hill the majority of the game if the Eagles wanted to win. The Eagles elected to leave Darius Slay in the left cornerback position the entire game. If you study film, Slay has been staying on the left cornerback side for the entirety of games through four weeks of this year. Teams will catch on to this, and it could become a weakness for the Eagles if they continue this trend.

Back-to-Back 100-Yard Games For Clyde Edwards-Helaire

Two weeks in a row now, Clyde Edwards-Helaire has rushed for 100-yards and caught one touchdown. Edwards-Helaire has a 66% snap percentage on the year, and it seems the offense gels when he is on the field. The biggest play of the game for Edwards-Helaire was when he busted loose on a 16-yard run. He split between the tackles into the redzone in the middle of the 4th quarter blowing by defenders. Edwards-Helaire also caught a touchdown in the first quarter. If you watch the play in real-time, Mahomes looked like he was throwing a bowling ball to Edwards-Helaire.

Kansas City Defense Showed Up In A Few Key Moments

Right before halftime, cornerback L’Jarius Sneed puts the pressure on Jalen Hurts and pushed the ball out of his hands. After the ball flew out, Chris Jones got a hand on it and bobbled it into the back of the official’s head. The Eagles ended up recovering the ball to end the first half on a wild play.

On a 4th and 11 play with under five minutes to go, Kansas City turned the blitz on. With three defenders in Jalen Hurts’s face, he lofted up a pass that went of bounds. This turnover on downs with under five minutes to go was the nail in the coffin for a Chiefs victory. The Eagles knew they were defeated at this point unless something miraculous happened because they were down by 12 points and just gave the ball back to Patrick Mahomes, who had been on fire all day.

The Chiefs defense did allow 30 points, but seven of those points came in garbage time. With most of the Chiefs defensive starters resting, Hurts threw a 15-yard touchdown to Greg Ward. This last-minute score ran up the point total of the game with four seconds left on the game clock.

Main photo:
Embed from Getty Images

Tyreek Hill has been a matchup nightmare so far in 2021, and that was on showcase in Week 4 against the Philadelphia Eagles.

[16,54
7811,6260,1576,297
post-122686","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-chiefs","category-editorials","tag-chiefs-featured","tag-clyde-edwards-helaire","tag-patrick-mahomes","tag-tyreek-hill
["GET
