Looking around the league shows that players like A.J. Green and Emmanuel Sanders have the best chance of positive production in the coming weeks.

Note that, in order to qualify for this list, the player needed to be available in at least 50% of leagues. Depending on the size of your league, there could be better options on the wire.

Week 4 Running Back Waiver Pickups

A.J. Green good again? It certainly looked that way during Arizona’s Week 3 win, as the former Cincinnati Bengal finished his night with five receptions for 96 yards on six targets. With DeAndre Hopkins clearly playing through pain, Green stepped up as the top dog in the passing attack.

Now, there is a very real chance that this was simply a one-week fluke, or that Green’s role disappears as Hopkins gets healthy. There are safer options out there on the waiver wire, but safe decisions do not win fantasy leagues. We know how good Green can be, and a starting wide receiver in Kyler Murray’s offense should have plenty of fantasy opportunities. There is a path for Green to put up week-winning performances down the stretch, and you don’t want to see him on somebody else’s roster if that happens.

Prime A.J. Josh Allen looked like his 2020 self against the Washington Football Team, and as long as that guy shows up, Sanders will have some fantasy value.

Throughout the offseason, Gabriel Davis and Emmanuel Sanders battled for the starting outside receiver job. After three weeks of play, Sanders has firmly won that battle and deserves to be rostered in 12- and 14-team leagues. While he doesn’t have the highest ceiling, he can be a good flex play in a pinch.

[pickup_prop id=”7985″]

Kalif Raymond

The Detroit Lions need somebody to step up at wide receiver, and Kalif Raymond might just be that guy. When all was said and done, Raymond finished the night with a team-high six receptions for 68 yards on 10 targets. Marquise Brown has played admirably in Bateman’s absence, but Baltimore needs a reliable second option. Bateman checked off just about every analytical box there is to check, and the film matches the raw numbers. He’s no Ja’Marr Chase, but it wouldn’t be too surprising if he ends up being the second-best wide receiver in this class.
