He was selected in the third round with the 83rd-overall pick by the Ravens in the 2018 NFL Draft. Brown was one of three Pro-Bowl players, along with Lamar Jackson and Mark Andrews, selected by Ozzie Newsome in his final draft as an NFL general manager.

Brown saw the field in five of his first six games as a rookie. He made his first NFL start at right tackle Week 7 against the New Orleans Saints. Brown started the final 11 games of the Ravens season that year, playing 760 total snaps while not allowing a single sack. His overall grade per Pro Football Focus has gone up every year since — from 67.8 in 2018, 72.0 in 2019, to 76.4 in 2020.

After making the first 34 starts of his career at right tackle, Brown was swung over to play the left tackle spot Week 8 of 2020 when an injury to Ravens left tackle Ronnie Stanley forced him out of the game. Stanley suffered a severe ankle injury and missed the remainder of the 2020 season. In his place, Brown played the remaining 12 games of the season at left tackle. He naturally excelled at the position he played at Oklahoma. Brown was named to his second straight Pro Bowl at the end of the year.

Following the season, Brown voiced his desire to “honor his late father” and continue to play left tackle in the NFL. Orlando Brown Sr. played six seasons in Baltimore before passing away in 2011. With Stanley returning in 2021 and Brown in the final year of his rookie contract, it was only natural for him to move on from the Ravens.

Main photo:
Embed from Getty Images

The Baltimore Ravens have agree to a trade that will send talented offensive tackle Orlando Brown Jr. to a new organization.

[36,10,16
7432,4481,246,6830
post-103860","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-nfl-news","category-ravens","category-chiefs","tag-baltimore-ravens-roster","tag-eric-decosta","tag-nfl-news","tag-orlando-brown-jr
["GET
