After the Brad Doty Classic at Attica Raceway Park was cancelled on Tuesday night, the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series turns its focus to a unique start to the \u2018Month of money.\u2019<\/p>\n

Instead of Wednesday providing a rain date for the Classic at Attica, it will serve as a make-up date for the previously scheduled #LetsRaceTwo event at Eldora Speedway.<\/p>\n

With this weekend\u2019s Kings Royal \u2013 normally a three-day event \u2013 slated for Thursday-Saturday, it sets up four straight days of racing in Rossburg.<\/p>\n

And the stakes are higher, too.<\/p>\n

Looking at the World of Outlaws week at Eldora<\/h2>\n

Eldora has raised the prize money to win the Kings Royal from it\u2019s usual $50,000-to-win to an intimidating $175,000 check for the winner.<\/p>\n

While the total purse of $366,025 still pales in comparison to the Knoxville Nationals\u2019 $957,320, but it stands as the biggest prize of the entire season.<\/p>\n

Drivers will be doing anything and everything they can to win on Saturday, and the three days that lead up to the big one will tell us a lot about who\u2019s got the best odds.<\/p>\n

A smart pick, for starters, would be Donny Schatz<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The 10-time and defending series champion has captured the crown during each of the last three Kings Royal main events.<\/p>\n

Not to mention, he swept last year\u2019s weekend and won the first part of #LetsRaceTwo<\/a> that was run in May.<\/p>\n

All signs for a winner would point mostly to Schatz, but this season has been unpredictable to say the least.<\/p>\n

In the past month or so, the No. 49 NAPA Auto Parts team headed by Brad Sweet <\/strong><\/a>has been racking up P1 finishes.<\/p>\n

Sweet has never won a World of Outlaws race at Eldora, but don\u2019t count him out this week.<\/p>\n

A pair of other drivers come into the week with four wins, tied with Schatz, in David Gravel <\/strong>and Logan Schuchart<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Each of them have won races at Eldora in the past three years but went winless at the Big E in 2018.<\/p>\n

The racing will serve as the kickoff to the Month of Money leading all the way through August and capping off the stretch with the Knoxville Nationals in August.<\/p>\n
