The thought of important figures in professional sports having separate accounts on various social media sites used to be crazy.<\/p>\n
But, ever since Kevin Durant<\/a> <\/strong>and Bryan Colangelo’s<\/a><\/strong> burner account stories surfaced over the past two summers over in the NBA, it seems to be a growing trend.<\/p>\n Even college football’s\u00a0Shea Patterson\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>was accused of accidentally tweeting something on his own account, one that he claimed was fake.<\/p>\n Now, the new way of dealing with our problems might have found its way to NASCAR with executive vice president and chief racing development officer,\u00a0Steve O’Donnell.<\/strong><\/p>\n An account that surfaced on June 10 has been frequently tweeting NASCAR fans and media members over the past month, particularly ones that its owner disagrees with.<\/p>\n The username of the account is @Ahhhhhhh85405959 which was similar to its name that has since been changed to “33 lead changes.” That’s a number that promotes the racing this past weekend in Kentucky.<\/p>\n The account has tweeted 209 times in the past month, but only two of those are not replies to someone else or retweets.
