Just like in previous seasons, the Austrian round gave a series of surprises that have continued even after the end of the race.<\/p>\n The first twist of the weekend was a collision between Arvid Lindblad<\/a>, Luke Browning, and Sami Meguetounif on Lap 1. The three drivers, who did not have an excellent qualification and started at the bottom of the grid, collided at Turn 3, always the scene of many accidents.<\/p>\n In this case, Meguetounif tried to overtake Arvid Lindblad, who was also fighting with Luke Browning.<\/p>\n The Frenchman in the trident tried to rush into the corner, but he passed strongly over the curb and collided with the car of the Englishman.<\/p>\n The Trident car lifted itself from the ground, and it rolled over Browning’s. Amaury Cordeel, who was near the head of the group, lost control of the car and stopped almost on track.<\/p>\n Some drivers behind him could not avoid his car, being the curve was in a raised and hidden area until the last moment. This triggered a chain of contact involving Gabriele Min\u00ec, John Bennett, and Leonardo Fornaroli<\/a>.<\/p>\n In a difficult weekend for Arvid Lindblad, who failed to collect any points from Austria, Pepe Mart\u00ed<\/a> used all his experience to do his best. The Spaniard qualified in ninth place and for the Sprint Race started from fifth position after receiving a penalty for impeding.<\/p>\n However, this did not stop the Spaniard, who, after fighting with Joshua Durksen for the position, was able to take the lead of the group after more than half a race had passed.<\/p>\n Mart\u00ec has thus achieved his second victory of the season after the Sprint Race in Bahrain, overcoming a difficult period that had seen him collect many zeros from Imola until the Sprint Race in Barcelona.<\/p>\n After the sprint race, LWOS had a chance to talk with the driver and ask him what his attack strategy was during the laps behind Joshua D\u00fcrksen.<\/p>\n “At the beginning of the race I just saw Joshua [Durksen] was pushing a lot.
