Penske are headquartered in Los Angeles, California with additional operations at Silverstone in the UK.<\/p>\n<h4>History<\/h4>\n<p>DS were among the first manufacturers to join <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/motorsports\/2025\/03\/25\/why-celebrities-are-driving-formula-e-race-cars-in-miami\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Formula E<\/a> in 2015, alongside French automotive giant Renault.<\/p>\n<p>Despite changing partners over the years, Penske has remained a constant presence &#8211; unsurprising given that Jay Penske is the son of motorsport legend Roger Penske, also known as &#8220;The Captain.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Since its inception, the team has consistently used Penske powertrains.<\/p>\n<p>Their performance in Formula E has been mixed, finishing either at the front or the back of the Constructors&#8217; standings.
