The top four finishers will transfer to the D-Main. The top four finishers of the D-Main transfer to the C-Main and so-on all the way to the A-Main.<\/p>\n<h3>RACEDAY STORYLINES<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Daryn Pittman<\/strong> finished off his <strong>Knoxville Nationals Qualifying Night<\/strong> with 485 of 500 total points on Wednesday and will lead the 24-car field in the <strong>Knoxville Nationals A-Main<\/strong> on Saturday. Pittman finished 4th in the Wednesday\u2019s Feature set the quick time and won his heat to earn the first spot in points.<\/p>\n<h3>Paige Polyak becomes first woman to win a Knoxville Nationals Heat Race<\/h3>\n<p>Wednesday Night, <strong>Paige Polyak <\/strong>took down the likes of <strong>Shane Stewart, Danny Dietrich, Sammy Swindell, and Brian Brown<\/strong> to become the First woman to win a Knoxville Nationals Heat Race. Although, she finished 22nd in the A-Main, and finished 53rd in points. She will start 2nd in the D-Main Saturday Night.<\/p>\n<h3>Is this the year that someone knocks Donny Schatz off of the Pedestal?<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/motorsports\/?s=Donny+Schatz\" target=\"_self\"><strong>Donny Schatz<\/strong><\/a> was taken down by both Shane Stewart in Wednesday Night\u2019s A-Main, and this might be a question that gets asked every year, but will this be the year Schatz is shut down?<\/p>\n<p>He finished 5th in points at 476 and will start Saturday\u2019s A-Main in 5th.
