{"id":2263,"date":"2017-08-29T10:13:15","date_gmt":"2017-08-29T14:13:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/motorsports\/?p=2263"},"modified":"2017-08-29T10:13:15","modified_gmt":"2017-08-29T14:13:15","slug":"2263","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/motorsports\/2017\/08\/29\/2263\/","title":{"rendered":"Renault apologises for Verstappen retirement and pledges to set a &#8220;course of action&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Cyril Abiteboul<\/strong> has confirmed that <strong>Renault<\/strong> will take a\u00a0&#8220;course of action&#8221; following<strong> Max Verstappen&#8217;s<\/strong> engine failure at Sunday&#8217;s <strong>Belgian Grand Prix<\/strong> for <strong>Red Bull Racing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Renault apologises for Verstappen retirement and pledges to set a &#8220;course of action&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>Verstappen&#8217;s retirement at Spa marked his fourth technical-related retirement of 2017.
