After making his long-awaited NTT IndyCar Series debut last weekend in Nashville, where he nearly brought home a top 15 finish, it was announced<\/strong><\/a> on Tuesday that once again Linus Lindqvist<\/strong> will be manning the wheel of the No. 60 Honda for Meyer Shank Racing for this weekend’s 85 lap Grand Prix at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course.<\/p>\n The 24-year-old Swede will be making his 2nd career NTT IndyCar Series start, both with MSR. The reigning Indy Lights\/NXT champion will attempt to make his fifth career start at IMS, all on the road course.<\/p>\n His previous finishes are (2021 – P1 & P5), (2022 – P5 &P1) while adding two pole awards as well.<\/p>\n Here’s what Lundqvist had to say in a press release put out by Meyer Shank Racing announcing the decision:<\/p>\n First I want to say a massive thank you to Mike and Jim for their trust to put me back in the car again. The Nashville weekend was great in so many ways. Obviously, a lot of impressions and a lot of new stuff for me going on that weekend and I was pretty disappointed with the way that it ended. It was my mistake and I enjoyed it up until that point. I think it also left me and the team wanting more, which I am grateful for another opportunity at Indy. I know it is going to be tough again, but now I have a whole race weekend under my belt.
