Garcia is the first driver to be announced for the team and the 22nd driver overall for the upcoming campaign.<\/p>\n<h3>Garcia&#8217;s history<\/h3>\n<p>Garcia made his single-seater debut in 2018 racing in the NACAM Formula 4 championship after finishing second in the 2018 FIA M\u00e9xico National Karting Championship. He finished fifth in the NACAM standings with three podiums. After racing part-time, Garcia returned to full-time racing in 2020 participating in the Spanish Formula 4 championship, finishing 22nd with four points.<\/p>\n<p>He spent last season racing in the Euroformula Open Championship with Team Motopark. Racing alongside <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/motorsports\/2022\/12\/02\/2023-formula-3-driver-lineup-oliver-goethe-to-trident\/\" target=\"_self\">Oliver Goethe<\/a> and Frederick Lubin, Garcia finished seventh picking up one podium. It was an underperforming season as he was bested by both teammates with Goethe winning the title and Lubin finishing fourth.<\/p>\n<p>In September, Garcia participated in the Formula 3 post-season test alongside Goethe.
