The W Series kicks off the second half of the season with the final round in Europe. Can anyone stop Jamie Chadwick?<\/h2>\n

2022 has been a Jamie Chadwick masterclass. With a perfect 125 points from the opening half of the season, Chadwick should eclipse her title-winning tally from 2021 by round seven. In fact, she could likely finish in the points but with no podiums for the rest of the year and still take home a third straight Championship. Hungary marks the end of the European portion of the calendar and is the last race before a sizable break into the fall. Can Jamie Chadwick put together a 100% winning record? Or could we see the Quantfury duo or Beiske Visser continue to make strides and start diversifying the W Series top step?<\/p>\n

On Wednesday the series announced that this season’s event in Japan (Suzuka) will be replaced by Singapore at the Marina Bay Street Circuit. That moves round seven up by one week and makes Singapore the first Asian city the W Series will visit.<\/p>\n

The Circuit \u2013 Hungaroring:<\/h3>\n

This will be the second time the W Series runs at the track that first opened in 1986. The circuit is 4.381-km and features 14 turns. As always this season the W Series event will run for 30 minutes plus one lap. Similar to what we’ve seen in recent weeks from Silverstone<\/a> and France<\/a>, the Hungaroring should prove to be a competitive track for this series. With plenty of straights, fast corners and tight turns expect plenty of battles throughout the field.<\/p>\n

By this rate, Chadwick will have the 2022 title wrapped up before the W Series reaches the doubleheader in Mexico. Another 25 points while her closest competitor only managed to pick up two. Beiske Visser has closed in on second place, with the Spanish duo for Quantfury moved into the top five.<\/p>\n
