For a short period of time, the French Grand Prix<\/a> appeared that it would go to\u00a0Charles Leclerc<\/strong>. But as the young Monegasque crashed out on lap 18<\/a>,\u00a0Max Verstappen\u00a0<\/strong>took advantage for his seventh victory of 2022, followed by the Mercedes pair of\u00a0Lewis Hamilton\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0George Russell<\/strong>. But for all teams, a quick turnaround is due, as they will head to Budapest for the Hungarian Grand Prix.<\/p>\n With Verstappen extending his championship lead to 60 points over his rival Leclerc, it becomes that much more crucial for Ferrari to respond this weekend. With Hungary being the final race before the month-long summer break, both drivers are looking to go into the break with the momentum of a Grand Prix victory.<\/p>\n Last year, the Hungarian Grand Prix delivered many surprises, as multiple contenders for the race win were taken out at the first turn of the race, including Valterri Bottas<\/strong>,\u00a0Sergio Perez<\/strong>, and Verstappen.
