Agents<\/h1>\n

Player agents have a unique job in the NHL. They are one part ego booster, one part negotiator, one part marketer, and sometimes one part analyst. Being able to identify through statistical and psychological analysis why a player is struggling, or what they can do to improve is a vital talent. It’s what separates the good, from the best.<\/p>\n

Cliff Mander<\/h1>\n
Cliff Mander is the founder of CKM Sports Management, and a player agent. He strongly believes that if he isn’t incorporating the best forms of analysis he isn’t doing his job.
