The Columbus Blue Jackets<\/a> will be without goaltender Elvis Merzlikins<\/a><\/strong> and forward Riley Nash<\/a><\/strong> for at least their next game against the Minnesota Wild<\/a>. Aaron Portzline of The Athletic reported that both players did not make the trip with the team. Matiss Kivlenieks<\/a><\/strong> has been recalled on an emergency basis while recently acquired Devin Shore<\/a><\/strong> will most likely take over Riley Nash’s spot in the lineup.<\/p>\n

Told neither G Elvis Merzlikins nor F Riley Nash traveled w #CBJ<\/a> to St. Paul.<\/p>\n

– Merzlikins left 4-3 OT win vs. #Sens<\/a> on Monday midway through 2nd period w injury. Matiss Kivlenieks was recalled.
