This article features the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonhockey.com\/nhl-teams\/panthers\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Florida Panthers<\/a> vs <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonhockey.com\/nhl-teams\/canucks\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vancouver Canucks<\/a> in the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/l\/luongro01.html?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Roberto Luongo<\/a><\/strong> Bowl.<\/p>\n<h2>NHL Predictions<\/h2>\n<h3>Arizona Coyotes vs Buffalo Sabres<\/h3>\n<h3>Head-to-Head: Coyotes 0-0 Sabres<\/h3>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonhockey.com\/nhl-teams\/coyotes\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Arizona Coyotes<\/a> are wrapping up a four-game road trip and are 2-1 on this Eastern swing. Arizona picked up a 5-3 victory over the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonhockey.com\/nhl-teams\/devils\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">New Jersey Devils<\/a> on Friday night. <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/r\/raantan01.html?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Antti Raanta<\/a> <\/strong>made 32 saves and<strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/d\/demerja01.html?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jason Demers<\/a><\/strong> doled out three assists. The Coyotes are in the middle of the pack in goals (14th), power-play (15th) and penalty killing (18th.) Their defence is one of the best in the league at 2.20 goals against. <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/s\/schmani01.html?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nick Schmaltz <\/a><\/strong>leads the team in points with four goals and seven assists for 11 points.<strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/k\/kuempda01.html?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Darcy Kuemper<\/a> <\/strong>had a long streak of 13 straight games of giving up two goals or less dating back to last season.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonhockey.com\/nhl-teams\/sabres\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Buffalo Sabres<\/a> got back on track with a 2-0 victory over the<a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonhockey.com\/nhl-teams\/red-wings\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Detroit Red Wings<\/a> on Friday. Buffalo bounced back after suffering a hefty 6-2 defeat to the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonhockey.com\/nhl-teams\/rangers\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">New York Rangers<\/a>. The Sabres are seventh in the league in scoring (3.42 goals) and goals against (2.50). Buffalo&#8217;s power-play has been clicking with a 28.9-percent success rate, which is fourth in the league. Their penalty kill is 16th with an 81.1-percent success rate. <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/e\/eicheja01.html?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jack Eichel<\/a><\/strong> is leading the team with six goals and 10 assists while <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/o\/olofsvi01.html?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Victor Olofsson<\/a><\/strong> also has six goals.<strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/u\/ullmali01.html?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Linus Ullmark<\/a> <\/strong>made 41 saves to post the shutout.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;ll be interesting to see who Sabres&#8217; coach <strong>Ralph Krueger<\/strong> elects to start in goal as <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/h\/huttoca01.html?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Carter Hutton<\/a> <\/strong>had a bad outing against the Rangers while Ullmark was excellent against the Red Wings. The Sabres have been solid in recent games and should continue that on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Prediction: Sabres win 4-2.<\/p>\n<h3>Florida Panthers vs Vancouver Canucks<\/h3>\n<h3>Head-to-Head: Panthers 0-0 Canucks<\/h3>\n<p>Florida is coming off a 6-2 win over the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonhockey.com\/nhl-teams\/oilers\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Edmonton Oilers<\/a> on Sunday afternoon to extend its point streak to eight games. <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/b\/boylebr01.html?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Brian Boyle<\/a> <\/strong>and <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/h\/hawryja01.html?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jayce Hawryluk<\/a><\/strong> each netted a goal and an assist while <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/b\/bobrose01.html?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sergei Bobrovsky<\/a><\/strong> made 24 saves in net. The Panthers power play is ranked 19th at 18.8-percent while their penalty kill is ninth at 84.6-percent. <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/h\/huberjo01.html?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jonathan Huberdeau<\/a><\/strong> leads the team in points with 12. Samuel Montembeault will likely get the start because Bobrovsky started on Sunday and is 1-0-1 so far in three appearances.<\/p>\n<p>Vancouver is coming off a crushing 6-5 shootout loss to the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonhockey.com\/nhl-teams\/capitals\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Washington Capitals<\/a> after blowing a 5-1 lead. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/s\/schalti01.html?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Tim Schaller<\/strong><\/a> scored twice, but it wasn&#8217;t enough for the Canucks to get two points. The Canucks are 17th in power-play rating with a 20.9-percent success rate and have a stout penalty kill with an 88.9-percent rating, which is good enough for third.<strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/m\/millejt01.html?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">J.T. Miller<\/a> <\/strong>and <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/p\/petteel01.html?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Elias Pettersson<\/a> <\/strong>are tied for first in points with 11 and <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/m\/marksja02.html?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jacob Markstrom<\/a> <\/strong>has gotten most of the starts. <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/d\/demkoth01.html?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Thatcher Demko<\/a> <\/strong>could get the start as Vancouver has four games over the span of seven days.<\/p>\n<p>The Canucks are seething after a humiliating loss to the Capitals.
