Minnesota Wild<\/a> goalie Devan Dubnyk<\/a><\/strong> is considered day-to-day after suffering an undisclosed injury during the team’s game on Tuesday night.<\/p>\n

Boudreau said that was the #mnwild<\/a>‘s most complete game of the season<\/p>\n

He was just guessing, but he thinks Greenway may practice tomorrow and travel<\/p>\n

Dubnyk fell hard and Boudreau guesses he’s out in Nashville<\/p>\n

Devan Dubnyk Injured<\/h3>\n

During his 300th game with the Wild, Devan Dubnyk had to leave his scheduled start earlier than expected. Early in the second period in Tuesday nights game against the Edmonton Oilers<\/a>, Dubnyk could not avoid a collision with teammate Ryan Donato<\/a><\/strong>, who fell to the ice as he was battling Brandon Manning<\/a><\/strong> of the Oilers. Dubnyk tried to leap over both players but fell hard on his backside and hit the back of his head on the ice.<\/p>\n

The Wild were dominating the Oilers and were up 3-0 when Dubnyk exited the game. The trainers came out to check on him before deciding to pull him from the game. During his time in the game, Dubnyk stopped all nine shots he faced. Alex Stalock<\/a><\/strong> came in to relieve him. Through seven games this season, Dubnyk has a record of 2-5 with a 3.92 goals-against average and .880 save percentage. Stalock and Dubnyk shared the shutout victory against the Oilers.<\/p>\n

Moving Forward<\/h3>\n

Things have not started off well for the Wild. The team has been hit with the injury bug and started off slow. With Joel Eriksson Ek<\/a>, Kevin Fiala<\/a><\/strong>, and Victor Rask<\/a><\/strong> already out of the lineup the Wild can ill afford to lose any more players.<\/p>\n

If Dubnyk is out for a long period of time, Stalock will have to man the pipes for the time being.\u00a0It appears things are turning around for the Wild since returning home. So that will help Stalock gain confidence. Stalock also stopped all 16 shots he faced. In four appearances, which included two starts Stalock has a 1.92 goals-against average and .942 save percentage.<\/p>\n

Not only did the Wild lose Dubnyk in the win over the Oilers, but Jordan Greenway<\/a><\/strong> as well. However head coach Bruce Boudreau<\/strong> did not think Greenway would miss any time. That is a good thing for the Wild. The Wild also received more good news as Mats Zuccarello<\/a><\/strong> was activated from IR<\/a> and played against the Oilers.<\/p>\n
