Last year’s star sensation in between the pipes for the Arizona Coyotes<\/a>, Darcy Kuemper<\/strong><\/a> has agreed to a two-year extension valued at an AAV of $4.5 million per Elliotte Friedman<\/a>.<\/p>\n Last season Kuemper accumulated some excellent numbers and almost single-handedily directed the Coyotes to the playoffs, falling short by just four points. He collected a 27-20-8 record. He had a very stellar .925 save percentage to go along with a 2.33 goals against average.<\/p>\n It goes without saying that when Antti Raanta<\/strong><\/a> went down with a season-ending lower body injury the net belonged to Kuemper.
