Good work by Joe Sakic and crew here. The pressure is on the Avalanche to win another Stanley Cup, which would be their first since 2022. Colorado made the Western Conference Finals but were surprisingly swept by the Vegas Golden Knights in four consecutive games.

Schwartz is hoping to be part of the plan and help get the club over the hump and back into the Stanley Cup Final.

Main photo by: Steven Bisig-Imagn Images

The Colorado Avalanche are adding a Stanley Cup winner to their ranks, as Jaden Schwartz signs with the Avs on a three-year deal worth $3.25 million per season.
