We open up NHL predictions with our featured game<\/a> between the Buffalo Sabres<\/a> and the Boston Bruins<\/a>. Buffalo has another chance to win its first Stanley Cup Playoff series since 2007. However, the Sabres will have to do it in the hostile confines of TD Garden.<\/p>\n

Despite going int0 enemy territory, Buffalo has won both of its games in Boston. This includes a 6-1 drubbing on April 26 that gave the Sabres a 3-1 series advantage.<\/p>\n

The Sabres Story<\/h3>\n

Alex Lyon<\/a> is slated to get the start again. However, always check social media before locking in a daily fantasy starter. Lyon took over from Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen<\/a> and\u00a0has been strong this entire series.<\/p>\n

Soon-to-be unrestricted free agent Alex Tuch<\/a> leads the team in goals (3) and points (6) so far this postseason. Tuch and three other players each have three assists so far this postseason.<\/p>\n

The Bruins Story<\/h3>\n

Jeremy Swayman<\/a> is the expected starter again for the Bruins has been one of the main reasons why the B’s are still alive in this series. The Alaskan has a 2.87 goals-against-average and a .910 save percentage.<\/p>\n

David Pastrnak<\/a>‘s overtime-goal is another reason that the team is still hanging around in this series. The Czech superstar has two goals and four assists for six points this series.<\/p>\n

Both of these teams will want to get the victory in this game. However, the Sabres close out the Bruins in this one and move on.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Sabres win 4-2.<\/em><\/p>\n

Vegas Golden Knights vs Utah Mammoth<\/h2>\n

Series: Golden Knights 3-2 Mammoth<\/h3>\n

Our second and final game of NHL predictions has the Vegas Golden Knights<\/a> looking to book a spot in the Western Conference second round. However, the Golden Knights will have to go into the Delta Center and beat the Utah Mammoth.<\/a> Carter Hart<\/a> is once again expected to draw the start for Vegas, which has won two second consecutive overtime victories.<\/p>\n

Jack Eichel<\/a> has been red-hot this series with seven assists and eight points so far.\u00a0Pavel Dorofeyev<\/a> leads the way in goals so far with four. A win here would give the Golden Knights a date with the Anaheim Ducks<\/a> in round two.<\/p>\n

Karel Vejmelka<\/a> will once against get the start for the Mammoth, who held the lead in the last two games before blowing them in overtime. The Czech does need to improve his save percentage in order for Utah to force Game 7.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dylan Guenther<\/a> is first on the club in goals (3) and points (5) so far this postseason. Clayton Keller<\/a> and Kailer Yamamoto<\/a> each have four assists for the Mammoth.<\/p>\n

Utah has missed plenty of chances to get the series lead. However, the loud crowd will carry the Mammoth to the win.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Mammoth win 4-3.<\/em><\/p>\n

Best Bets<\/h3>\n

We close out NHL predictions with some prop bets of the night. Let’s go back to our featured game for our preferred props of the night. The over\/under for the Sabres and the Bruins is 5.5, and we like the over in this one.<\/p>\n

As for individual props, go with Tage Thompson<\/a> to get a goal in this game for Buffalo. On the Boston side of things, go with Morgan Geekie<\/a> to record an anytime goal.<\/p>\n
