We open up NHL predictions with our featured game between the Boston Bruins<\/a> and the Carolina Hurricanes.<\/a> Boston is expected to give Jeremy Swayman<\/a> the start in this game but always check social media before locking in a daily fantasy starter. The Bruins are 6-3-1 in their previous 10 games but have dropped their last three games in a row. The Bruins currently hold the first wild card spot,<\/a> and a win would give the Bruins a leg up in clinching a playoff spot. David Pastrnak<\/a> leads the team in points with 97 so far this campaign.<\/p>\n

Carolina is likely to give Brandon Bussi<\/a> the start in this game. The Hurricanes are 7-3 in their previous 10 games but did lose to the Ottawa Senators<\/a> last time out. The Hurricanes are on the edge of locking down the Metropolitan Division title with a victory. Sebastian Aho<\/a> leads the club in assists (52) and points (78).<\/p>\n

This is an important game for both teams. However, the Hurricanes get the victory in this one.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Hurricanes win 5-3.<\/em><\/p>\n

Our second game of our NHL predictions has the Florida Panthers<\/a> trying to avoid the season sweep against the Montreal Canadiens.<\/a> Sergei Bobrovsky<\/a> is the probable starter for Florida, which has been officially eliminated from the Stanley Cup Playoffs. The Panthers are 4-6 in their last 10 games, including losses in their last two consecutive games.\u00a0<\/span>Mackie Samoskevich<\/a> has netted four goals in his last 10 games played.<\/p>\n

Jakub Dobes<\/a> is the expected starter for the Canadiens, who are 8-2 in the last 10 games. However, Montreal was beaten by the New Jersey Devils<\/a> last time out. The Habs clinched a postseason berth on Sunday and are looking to secure home ice in the first round. Cole Caufield<\/a> is only one goal away from reaching the 50 mark for Montreal.<\/p>\n

Florida is playing out the string. However, the Panthers will still give the Habs a tough game.<\/p>\n

Our final game of NHL predictions has the Seattle Kraken<\/a> visiting the Minnesota Wild.<\/a> Joey Daccord<\/a> will likely get the start after Philipp Grubauer<\/a> got the call on Monday night against the Winnipeg Jets.<\/a> Heading into Monday’s games, Seattle has dropped eight of its last nine games. Kaapo Kakko<\/a> has six points in the team’s last 10 games heading into Monday’s game.<\/span><\/p>\n

Filip Gustavsson<\/a> is the probable starter for the Wild, who are 6-4 in their previous 10 games. This includes three consecutive victories heading into the final meeting of the season between the two teams. Ryan Hartman<\/a> has six goals and nine points in his last 10 games played.<\/span><\/p>\n

Seattle will be coming off a game against Winnipeg. Minnesota should get the win in this one.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Wild win 5-2.<\/em><\/p>\n

Best Bets<\/h3>\n

We close out NHL predictions with some prop bets of the night. Let’s go back to our featured game for our preferred props. The over\/under for the Bruins versus the Hurricanes is 6.5, and we like the over in this game.<\/p>\n

As for individual props, take Viktor Arvidsson<\/a> to score a goal for Boston. On the Carolina side of things, take Andrei Svechnikov<\/a> to get at least a point in this game.<\/p>\n
