We open up NHL predictions with a matchup between the Florida Panthers<\/a> and the New York Rangers<\/a>. Sergei Bobrovsky<\/a> is the expected starter for the Panthers but always check social media before locking in a daily fantasy starter. Florida is 5-5 in its previous 10 games but has dropped three of its last four games. Injuries have ravaged the Panthers as Sam Reinhart<\/a> and Brad Marchand<\/a> are among those out for the two-time defending champions.<\/p>\n

Igor Shesterkin<\/a> is the confirmed starter for the Blueshirts, who are 4-5-1 in their last 10 games. However, the Rangers stopped a five-game losing streak on Friday after defeating the Chicago Blackhawks.<\/a> Both teams had lofty expectations, but the Rangers have already been eliminated from the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Mika Zibanejad<\/a> has been a bright spot with 32 goals and 37 assists for 69 points.<\/p>\n

The two teams were tabbed for plenty of success this season. However, the Panthers will salvage something out of this road trip with a win.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Panthers win 4-2.<\/em><\/p>\n

Our second game of NHL prediction is a pivotal game between the Boston Bruins<\/a> and the Columbus Blue Jackets<\/a>. Joonas Korpisalo<\/a> is expected to draw the start against his former team on Sunday night. Boston is 6-2-2 in their last 10 games, including a massive win over the Minnesota Wild<\/a> on Saturday. David Pastrnak<\/a> has been averaging a point a game in the last 10 games.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jet Greaves<\/a> is the likely starter for the Blue Jackets, who are 6-3-1 in their last 10 games. However, Columbus has dropped its last two games in a row. The Jackets currently hold the second wild card spot, but both the Ottawa Senators<\/a> and the Detroit Red Wings<\/a> are one point behind<\/a> coming into Sunday’s games. Kirill Marchenko<\/a> is first in goals (25) and points (59).<\/p>\n

This is a critical game in the standings. However, the Bruins should get the critical two points.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Bruins win 5-2.<\/em><\/p>\n

Montreal Canadiens vs Carolina Hurricanes<\/h2>\n

We close out NHL predictions with our featured game with the Montreal Canadiens<\/a> and the Carolina Hurricanes<\/a>. Jakub Dobes<\/a> will likely get the start after Jacob Fowler<\/a> got the victory against the Nashville Predators on Saturday. The Habs are 7-3 in their previous 10 games, including a four-game winning streak. Nick Suzuki<\/a> is first in assists (64) and points (88), including eight helpers in his last 10 games.<\/p>\n

Frederik Andersen<\/a> is the probable starter for the Hurricanes, who are 6-4 in their last 10 games. This includes wins in four of their last five games but dropped its last game to the Canadiens. Seth Jarvis<\/a> is first on the team in goals so far this season with 30.<\/span><\/p>\n

This could be a postseason preview. However, Montreal games the season sweep over Carolina.<\/p>\n
