We open up this set of NHL predictions with the Winnipeg Jets<\/a> trying to avoid the season sweep against the Boston Bruins<\/a>. Connor Hellebuyck<\/a> is the projected starter for Winnipeg but always check social media before locking in a daily fantasy starter. The Jets are 5-2-3 in their previous 10 games but lost to the Nashville Predators<\/a> last time out. Kyle Connor<\/a> comes into this game with seven points, including three goals in his last 10 games.<\/p>\n

Fellow Team USA goalie Jeremy Swayman<\/a> is the expected starter for the Bruins, who are 4-3-3 in their last 10 games. Boston has dropped three of its last four games and sit tied with the Detroit Red Wings<\/a> for the top wild card spot in a tightly contested race. David Pastrnak<\/a> also has three goals and seven points in his last 10 games.<\/p>\n

Winnipeg has been playing better since the Olympic break. However, Boston is in need of points to fend off the trailing pack.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Bruins win 4-2.<\/em><\/p>\n

Our second and featured game<\/a> of NHL predictions is a rematch of the last two Stanley Cup Finals. The Florida Panthers<\/a> visit the Edmonton Oilers<\/a> while trying to stop a two-game losing streak. Sergei Bobrovsky<\/a> is the likely starter for the Panthers, who are 4-6 in the last 10 games. Matthew Tkachuk<\/a> has four goals and four assists in the last 10 games for Florida.<\/p>\n

Connor Ingram<\/a> is the projected starter for the Oilers, who are 6-3-1 in their last 10 games. Edmonton has picked up wins in the last two games to stay atop the Pacific Division. Other players will have to pick up the slack with Leon Draisaitl<\/a> out for at least the rest of the regular season.<\/p>\n

Florida seems destined to miss the postseason while Edmonton needs wins.<\/p>\n

Time:<\/strong> 10 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)<\/p>\n

Our final game of NHL predications has the Buffalo Sabres<\/a> continuing their western swing against the San Jose Sharks<\/a>. Alex Lyon<\/a> is the expected starter for the Sabres, who are 9-1 in their last 10 games. The Atlantic Division leaders are being paced by Tage Thompson<\/a> and his 34 goals.<\/p>\n

Alex Nedeljkovic<\/a> is the probable starter for the Sharks, who are 5-3-2 in the previous 10 games. However, San Jose has dropped its last two games entering this matchup. The Sharks are one point off the second Wild Card spot in the Western Conference. Macklin Celebrini<\/a> keeps putting up big numbers with 35 goals and 95 points.<\/span><\/p>\n

Buffalo seems to be putting things together at the right time. The Sabres should continue their run.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Sabres win 5-3.<\/em><\/p>\n

We close out NHL predictions with some prop bets of the night. Let’s go back to our featured game for our preferred props. The over\/under for the Panthers versus the Oilers is 6.5, and we like the over in this game.<\/p>\n
