We open up<\/a> NHL predictions with the Nashville Predators<\/a> going for the season sweep against the Washington Capitals<\/a>. Justus Annunen<\/a> is the confirmed starter for Nashville, which is 5-3-2 in its previous 10 games. This includes two consecutive games heading into this final game before the Olympic break. Ryan O’Reilly<\/a> leads the team in points with 53. However, Filip Forsberg<\/a> is first on the team in goals with 23.<\/span><\/p>\n

Logan Thompson<\/a> is expected to get the start for Washington. However, always check social media before locking in a daily fantasy starter. The Capitals are 4-5-1 in their last 10 games, including a loss to the Philadelphia Flyers<\/a> in their last outing. Washington is hoping to overturn a 3-2 loss to Nashville on January 11. Tom Wilson<\/a> and Alex Ovechkin<\/a> are tied for the team’s lead in goals with 22. However, Wilson has more points than Ovechkin to hold first in that category.<\/p>\n

Nashville has been playing well and could be in the mix for a Stanley Cup Playoff spot. However, Washington should get the victory in this one.<\/p>\n

Our final and featured game of NHL predictions has the Los Angeles Kings<\/a> taking on the Vegas Golden Knights. Los Angeles is likely to give Anton Forsberg<\/a> the start in what could be the first game for Artemi Panarin<\/a> since coming over<\/a> from the New York Rangers.<\/a> The Kings are 4-2-4 in their last 10 games, and adding Panarin will inject some life into an offence that only scores 2.57 goals per game. Adrian Kempe<\/a> has seven points in his last 10 games for Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

Adin Hill<\/a> is the confirmed starter for the Golden Knights, who will be entering the second game of a back-to-back. The Golden Knights defeated the Vancouver Canucks<\/a>\u00a0 5-2 and are now 3-5-2 in their previous 10 games. This includes five consecutive losses prior to the win against Vancouver. Jack Eichel<\/a> leads the team in assists (45) and points (64) so far entering the Olympic break.<\/p>\n

Check social media to see if Panarin will play for Los Angeles. However, Vegas should steady the ship with a win.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Golden Knights win 4-1.<\/em><\/p>\n

We close out NHL predictions with some prop bets of the night. Let’s stay with our featured game for our prop bets of the night. The over\/under for the Kings versus the Golden Knights is 5.5, and we like the under in this game.<\/p>\n

As for individual props, go with Kevin Fiala<\/a> to get an anytime goal for Los Angeles. On the Vegas end of things, take Mark Stone<\/a> to register at least one assist.<\/p>\n
