We open up NHL predictions with the featured matchup between the Vegas Golden Knights<\/a> and the Montreal Canadiens.<\/a> Vegas is expected to give Adin Hill<\/a> the start in goal for this game. However, always check social media before locking in a daily fantasy starter in goal. The Golden Knights are 7-3 in their previous 10 games but are coming off a loss to the Ottawa Senators<\/a> last time out. Jack Eichel<\/a> is first in assists (42) and points (61) so far this campaign.<\/p>\n

Jakub Dobes<\/a> will be starter for the Canadiens, who are 5-4-1 in their last 10 games. However, Montreal has dropped its last two games entering this matchup. The Habs did beat the Golden Knights, 4-1, on November 28 in the first meeting of the season. Cole Caufield<\/a> leads the team in goals with 29, including eight in Montreal’s previous 10 games.<\/p>\n

The Habs have been solid at home. However, the Golden Knights pick up the win on the road.<\/p>\n
