We open up NHL predictions with our featured game between the Kings and Canadiens. Darcy Kuemper<\/a> is the expected starter for the Kings. However, always check social media before locking in a daily fantasy starter. Los Angeles has been playing well after starting the season with some injuries. The Kings are 6-2-2 in the last 10 games entering this matchup. Adrian Kempe<\/a> leads the club in assists (11) and points (17).<\/p>\n

Sam Montembeault<\/a> is the projected starter for the Canadiens, who are also 6-2-2 in the last 10 games. Montreal has taken a step forward after getting one of the final Stanley Cup Playoff spots in the East. The Habs are fourth in goals scored at 3.8 per game. Team captain Nick Suzuki<\/a> leads the way with 16 assists and 20 points so far this campaign.<\/p>\n

This should be a good game, but the Canadiens pick up the victory at home.<\/p>\n

Our second game of NHL predictions has the Washington Capitals<\/a> taking on the Carolina Hurricanes<\/a> in a postseason rematch. Logan Thompson<\/a> is the likely starter for the Capitals, who are 3-6-1 in the last 10 games. This includes losses in Washington’s previous two games. Tom Wilson<\/a> leads the team in goals (9) and points (16).<\/p>\n

Carolina is expected to counter with Frederik Andersen<\/a> in between the pipes for this game. The Hurricanes are winners of four consecutive games and are 6-4 in the last 10 games entering this rivalry matchup. Carolina scores at a rate of 3.87 goals per game. Seth Jarvis<\/a> is first on the team in goals with 10, but Sebastian Aho<\/a> leads in assists (10) and points (16).<\/p>\n

This is usually a competitive rivalry. However, Carolina has all the momentum going into this game.<\/p>\n

Winnipeg Jets vs Vancouver Canucks<\/h3>\n

Our last game<\/a> of NHL predictions has the Winnipeg Jets<\/a> visiting the Vancouver Canucks<\/a>. Connor Hellebuyck<\/a> is expected to draw the start for Winnipeg, which has lost its last three games in a row. The Jets are 5-5 in the last 10 games and looking for consistency. Mark Scheifele<\/a> and Kyle Connor<\/a> are tied for the team’s lead in goals with nine, but Scheifele is first in points with 21.<\/p>\n

Thatcher Demko<\/a> is the projected starter for the Canucks, who are 4-5-1 in the last 10 games. Vancouver is also trying to find a rhythm in the early part of the season. Kiefer Sherwood<\/a> is first on the team in goals with 10, while Conor Garland<\/a> leads in points with 12.<\/p>\n

Both teams are trying to figure things out as of late. However, Winnipeg skates away with the victory.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Jets win 3-1.<\/em><\/p>\n

Prop Bets of the Night<\/h3>\n

We round out this edition of NHL predictions with some prop bets of the night. Let’s go back to our featured game for our preferred props. The over\/under for the Kings versus the Canadiens is 6.5, and we like the over in this game.<\/p>\n
